The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was spotlessly, clean and contained everything that I needed including a desk, small table and comfortable chairs as well as multiple electrical outlets. Nespresso coffee maker was great. Location was convenient to MRT.
The “gym” left quite a bit to be desired. It consisted of a treadmill and elliptical.

Really clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Great service. 5 min walk away from Songjiang Nanjing MRT station, and there are nearby convenience stores. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

I like the in room Nespresso coffee and green tea. Bathroom toilet seat, shower, tub (but no bath foam soap). Breakfast is ok but anything more than 3 days will already be monotonous.
The room and bathroom had Incomplete facilities, limited amenities, poor inroom minibar. Hotel dining options and variety is very limited with no room service. Hotel location for us is not ideal for tourist (especially on a rainy weather).
