Amazing view, great location, clean, and the best part, the best AC ever, you won't be hot in this flat
no elevator, but we stayed in the first floor so it was no big deal

View is amazing
Its very noisy neighborhood because of the cathedral tourists will wake you up in early morning hours. We had issues with AC but the owner was kind to resolve it quickly. There are only stairs to this amazing view so if you cant climb 5th floor with stairs you are unlikely to experience the beautiful view from the top. I was with my 60 year old mother and we only went once to the terrace.
