Un endroit avec une vue magnifique. Très bien entretenu avec un joli jardin, des oliviers et des vignes et une belle piscine. à 300 metres de la porte des Capuccins, une des portes d'entrée à Assise. Pratique de laisser la voiture dans la Villa et aller en marchant
