I had a great one night stay at Wester Auchraw Croft. Melanie was very welcoming, with a pot of tea on arrival which was much appreciated after a long journey! My room was lovely, and the bed very comfortable. The home cooked breakfast was exceptionally delicious! This place was a great find, and I would definitely stay again - highly recommended.

The yurt was beautiful and really cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was a really relaxing place to stay on a rainy summer day. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very welcoming. We enjoyed meeting the animal friends too!
The bathroom is beautiful decorated and the shower was great, however, although it is listed as a shared bathroom, it is not clear that you have to walk through someone’s house to get there. However, we did not find this a problem as the hosts were very welcoming.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very friendly and welcoming.
there are a few areas that could be improved. The hot water supply stopped suddenly, and two of my friends were left without hot water. The yurt could also be cleaner, as there was dust on the walls and some spider webs (as shown in the photos). In addition, the duvet felt quite old and seemed to have been used many times.
