Very pleasant stay !

Spacious apartment with a nice panoramic view. Helpful and pleasent staff, especially the manager Danijela. Breakfast is at the top of the hotel with a magnificent sea view. Location is also great, everything is very close, walking distance. Comfortable beds. Easy access for parking We loved our stay.

We were there three years ago, it was super good. Now it wasnt as we expected.

I liked the food and the comfy beds

That the water in pool was cold, we had to always as for help to open the gate at the garage for parking

Great view, location, and staff, but the bones of the building need upkeep.

The staff was very nice and spoke English. the pool and spa services were also great. Beautiful breakfast view. it was also a short walk to the beach and old town, but far enough away not to feel noisy.

The elevators were small and seemed very old. Only one of four was working most of the time and I got stuck once on the 15th floor once when none would come that I could fob into. The plumbing was also a bit off and didn’t work well, may have also been old.

Great hotel, we will be back for sure!

I liked room size, location of the hotel, the pool and spa facilities were great! I enjoyed Finnish sauna!Friendly staff, smiley faces 😃 Good job Tre Canne!

3rd stay and never agin

reception staff was very polite

-cold swimming pool -housekeeping below any standard of cleaning (toilet paper not replaced nor spare to be found) -leaking ceiling in the bathroom -rain shower head not working properly -hotel took 4 days to fix light in bedroom -parking barrier failing to recognise card so every 2 days -as intercom is not working you need to be making a call to reception attracting roaming charges - poor breakfast ( juice and coffee on offer are waste of time ) - generally understaffed hotel with lack of attention however must point out very polite when addressing issues but no resolution is taking place any time soon.

Exceptional.

Very comfortable, exceptional breakfast, very close to beach and Old City. Underground parking was included in price. Breakfast at 15th floor, with astounding view of the city and the sea.

very disappointing, our bedroom had dry mold on the wall. bathroom shower had soap scum everywhere. not clean at all. extremely disappointed in the quality of rooms.

other than the location and spa and restoration staff the rest was horrible I wish I could attach pictures here to show

spa and restaurant wore amazing

staff is rude, room was not clean, front desk was not helpful at all. check in we waited 20 min and any time you need help you had to wait at the front desk for someone to show up at least 10-20 min

Disappointing

In the reservation the spa was included but when going to the spa there was only the sauna available and not hot as it must be because they maybe turned it on too late. The water in the swimming pool was cold and impossible to swim in. Breakfast was really disappointing compared to reviews. In comparison of what I am paying, a hotel with 4 stars it was totally not worthy.

Great location, comfortable rooms and prefect view…

In this off season period the Spa center is not fully operational. The water in the pool was cold, one sauna is working, but all other facilities were turned off.
