Finally it's a very good apartment especially after all of mentioned defects are fixed.

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. Also we found some of oil, salt, sugar, tea, spices, coffee and other products in the cupboard - very convenient for the new arrivals. The apartment is well renovated, looks pretty good and clean. Comfortable mattresses. Good air-conditioner.

Electric kettle, all the time, caused shutdown of the electrical system in the apartment. An upper shower head in the bath was broken. The representative of the owner was informed about these flaws on the first day, but didn't fix them within 6 days of our stay. We didn't exactly like such relation. One of wooden shutters outside the window in the bathroom was hang on only one hinge - thing presents a safety problem. Also a TV box didn't work properly.
