A beautiful Venetian apartment with wooden floors and wooden beams. A lot of space for four people. Nice touches such as colorful bathrooms and decor. The location is great as almost next to a large Spar and close to Rialto Bridge and easy to get to most places and yet not on a busy street and hence quieter. The view is beautiful from the windows. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the city is perfect.
The check-in procedure required multiple days of messages and contacting the person on arriving and making plans. Not efficient. Make sure you have data on arrival. Read the extra information as there are extra fees. The late check-in fee is excessive and out of your control depending on flight, bus, and water taxi schedules so be warned and make sure you check-in at the time allowed. This could all be easily solved with keys in a lock box. The apartment is on the top floor, the 4th floor, with a lot of stairs so not suitable for all people.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, propre et bien équipé. Il est bien chauffé et la déco est charmante.
Certains équipements mériteraient d'être réparés ou remplacés (moustiquaires détériorées, éclairage défectueux)
Il faut aussi tenir compte des 4 étages sans ascenseur.

L'appartamento è ampio, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. È esattamente come si vede dalle fotografie pubblicate. La zona è perfetta, vicina a tutto, Piazza San Marco e fermata del vaporetto compresi. Il prezzo è davvero molto competitivo per quello che offre. I letti sono grandi e comodi. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta. Grazie mille!
Da tenere presente che l'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore, ma le scale sono larghe e in parte fatte di nuovo.

Ubicación ,proximidad a transporte público, un supermercado al lado que te facilita la estancia.El apartamento es amplio, y cómodo para ir en familia.La calefacción funciona perfectamente y las camas son cómodas
Para llegar al apartamento hay que subir 4 pisos por unas escaleras que presentan dificultad.No sería recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida, o niños pequeños o con carritos .
No hay ascensor ( porque es edificio antiguo)
