Beautiful suite, exceptional service, wonderful facilities and a great family holiday.

Everything was excellent! In the ensuite bathroom there was some visible deterioration of the blinds which is the only thing that wasn’t perfect. Nam was our main contact, and took exceptional care of us during our stay. This was our first visit to a resort and we were delighted with the facilities, staff, food, and value! Our daughter (5) had a great time too, and we would love to go back again.

The non Vietnamese food wasn’t amazing, but it was still good. That is the only thing I can think of!

Fabulous 2 weeks on a great island property in City

The personal service from the time we checked in. The Duty Mge Ms Nguyen Nhung "Sara" was excellant the whole 2 weeks were there. The value of the stay was like fabulous as we are on our own 'Island ' in the city of Nha Trang. Location was perfect as a river passes by. Tram service on the property. The Mgr Mr. Nam seem to always be around for his staff. The whole staff, Breakfast service, desk were always there. Easy transportation, taxi service seem to always be around in minutes.

Relaxing and peaceful stay in a lovely and charming hotel.

Very peaceful in a secure location. Lovely walks around the hotel grounds make you forget you’re in a city. Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Service that exceeds expectations

Service that exceeds expectations I spent my birthday at the hotel. I wanted to get away from the busy life and relax. To be honest, I didn't expect too much from the hotel. I'm used to the fact that in Vietnam, photos and reality are very different. How wrong I was! Everything about this complex is great: staff, grounds, spa, pools, free activities. I also got a free room upgrade, happy birthday and a cake! It was very nice) I felt like a vip guest the whole time! The only thing I regretted was that I spent only one day at the resort. I will definitely come back here again)

Not a 5 star as claimed

The shuttle service to the beach is a good idea but the schedule is ordinary and once you're there get hassled by vendors.

Design/layout of facilities, hard to get around the pool area. Resort is very dated and in poor repair, most sunbeds were broken. only a few of the staff were pleasant and friendly, there is not much service going on - had to wait while about 10 team members tried to figure out how to get us a towel for using the gym.

Would stay here again and again!

The breakfast was great, always fresh and a good variety. The pool was fabulous and the staff were very attentive. The Day Spa was very professional with lovely screened open aired rooms, our whole family had multiple visits. The location was beautiful, a relaxing spot but easy access to everything.

The resort needs to expand their in room dinner options. The pizza, burgers and pho soup were great but simple additions like salads or steamed veg could make it easier to feed the whole family. The on-site Mart meant we could easily purchase vegies however.

Definitely a 5 stars resort. I will recommend friends and family to stay here next time.

Nha Trang is a big city with full of high-rise buildings and busy streets but this island a perfect place for relaxing in at middle of the city. This place is not too far from shopping, food places and beaches. It is very quite, safety and beautiful scenery. Swimming pool is nice, clean and fun. Breakfast is very good, with many selection. Front desk and services are professional. The only negative is to rooms are much smaller than pictures in website but it is enough for us.

good stay for families

The huge swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are great. We also got a free upgrade which was really nice.

The family room we got was very clean, but it’s not cozy or nice to hang out.

Great place to get away from the busy town centre!

nice to be away from city centre, great views of the water, mountain & fishing boats 🙂 Hotel Front Office manager was amazing & the best we have encountered over our 3 week, 7 different hotel says throughout Vietnam! Thank you Nino Nam Luu!

beautiful views, beautiful building, food options need a revamp

new building, beautiful pool, friendly knowledgeable staff. manager was very professional & friendly. breakfast buffet had a large section of food to choose from, we enjoyed it very much. amazing views from Champa island

food/ meals at restaurants (poolside & main seafood restaurant) were not good value for money & food was not good at all, was very disappointed

The place is cute, but I think I wouldn't come back, because of the breakfast

The bathtub is wide and nice! The view from the room is amazing!

Breakfast is not adapted for vegetarians, so sadly I didn't even try anything for the 2 days I stayed there.

if all facilities were open and staff were better would have been nice. but unfortunately not the case.

the pool was nice when occasionally open location was out of the way which was good as Nha Trang has gone down hill and not very nice place reception staff nice

restaurant staff were rude and spoke hardly any English facilities shut, such as beach, pool and breakfast buffet Weddings very loud at night security follow and question you everywhere

Shocking experience

In such difficult times with Covid most hotel groups go above and beyond to satisfy customers, everyone is so quite anyway, Champa failed in basically all aspects of service.

What a terrible experience with this "5 star" resort. From a day before my check in the problems started, a special request to have flowers ready on arrival for my wife, 3 different forms of communication and no response. On check in I was told I'm "upgraded" to an apartment, this is purely due to damage to another building I found out from staff, and the apartment was less pleasing than my originally booked room, and had several faults ranging from doors that can't close to a water heater not working, and also woke up to construction noise right next to my head, then it was time for breakfast, what a disaster after I was looking forward to my buffet breakfast, changes due to covid left me with a shortened menu in mainly Vietnamese and I had coffee and 2 fried eggs, once again this is a "5 star" resort. No communication telling me there is a change due to covid, And was just left to guess, even had my wife's breakfast billed and charged, okay so next was the beach....uuuuuhm no, sorry while all the other hotels still offer this service with an open beach, Champa had stopped this service. So the hotels pool it was, once again with no less than 5 private swimming instructor's busy with kids in the pool I felt uncomfortable and didn't swim, it gets worse, as compensation for my terrible stay I was told I don't have to pay for a coffee mug o broke once again this is a mug I broke because I had to walk outside my room and down to find staff to get hot water to enjoy my early morning coffee.

Disappointing

The swimming pool was nice and very clean.

The Hotel has 2 Restaurants for breakfast. One international level and one older one. The older one was just awful...feels like a different hotel. The service was terrible. Far away from a 5 star Resort. Disappointed
