The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. This place is perfect for families with kids, and dog-friendly too. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with lovely views, set in a quiet location close to Siena and other beautiful spots in Tuscany. It’s the kind of place you bookmark and keep coming back to whenever you’re on a road trip.

Room was clean. Facilities were in good condition except the air cond. The location was peaceful and lovely. Breakfast was modest but sufficient for us. Most staff are kind and good service.
Check in procedure after 3pm was not clear to us. The hotel did not give us information via emails at least when we are not contactable by phone. There was no info on HOW to get in. The key left on the receptionist was not reachable to us. We managed to get in the hotel (if not we were lock outside for the night) because another guests helped us in.
We were ok about it the next day and wanted to inform the hotel just for info for next time and next guests, but we were treated rudely by 1 receptionist. We are not sure if our complaint was taken into account.
Also we found out that there is a 'night' phone number which could have been helpful if anyone has issues checking in after 3pm, but it was not displayed anywhere. Suggest to have tbe 'night' phone number displayed on the doors or at booking.com.
Only this issue, the other staff were kind and helpful.
Air cond was not working well also.
