This hotel is a nice little walk from the train station. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and answered any questions we had.
Breakfast was great! We stayed for a week and had the breakfast every day.

I liked the rooms around reception and our bedroom was modern and clean.
I like to be able to make a tea or coffee in the bedroom.

Breakfast was fine as were the staff (when there actually were any). Cleanliness was exemplary, rooms a bit bare but good ensuite and bedding. By railway line, but not intrusive. Location not bad, a short walk to the marina.
The downgrading to what would otherwise have been a fair to good experience was the check-in. No indication on booking that it would be remote check-in and that we would need a code and room number. Sent a confirmatory message via booking.com to property that our arrival would be 1900 which was acknowledged. On arrival, property was impenetrable, no staff. Phoned number on door, took the "English" option which then switched permanently to recorded Danish on next choice. Finally found a Danish friend who could navigate the phone system and got hold of a human and was given a code for the key. Code not the same as room number. More phone calls for the room number. Solution? (other than employing some staff). Indicate on booking that it will be a remote check in, and code and room number will be required. From standard check-in time send the information via booking.com app, and telephone/text.
