Veľmi príjemný personál, pekná priestranná záhrada so sedením,dobrá lokalita. Káva pitie pri príjazde v cene. Prespali sme na jednu noc. Pestré raňajky formou bufetu. Dobré parkovanie.

Mali sme síce nefajčiarsku izbu, ale dym z fajčiarskej izby sa dostal aj do našej. Nad ránom som sa zobudil na zápach dymu. Táto vec mi dosť vadila, hlavne kvôli malému dieťaťu, keby sme boli len dospelí ešte ako tak, neriešim. Mal som pocit akoby som sa zobudil v nejakom bare alebo v krčme. Z toho som bol sklamaný. Ale ináč spokojnosť.

Überbuchung des Hotels und aggressives Verhalten der Hotelleitung

Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel Maria wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein vorab bezahltes Zimmer nicht frei ist, da Gäste nicht abgereist wären. Als Ersatz wurde mir ein Hotel in ca. 10 km Entfernung angeboten. Nach der Ankunft in diesem sehr einfachen Hotel, schrieb ich eine Mail an das Hotel Marie, mit der Aufforderung mir eine Bestätigung der Rückabwicklung meines bereits bezahlten Betrags zu übermitteln. Am selben Abend wurde ich von der Besitzerin des Hotels Maria angerufen und mir wurde mit großer Aggression mitgeteilt, dass ich keine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten werde und ich bei Booking.com als „nicht erschienen“ gemeldet werde. Der Versuch eines sachlichen Gesprächs meinerseits scheiterte an der wütenden Reaktion der Hotelbesitzerin. Der Fehler, auf den so aggressiv reagiert wurde, lag nicht bei mir, sondern beim Hotel Maria. Das Verhalten dieses Hotels ist absolut befremdlich und ich rate ausdrücklich von diesem Hotel ab, da man hier mit Überbuchung und/oder Aggression rechnen muss.

Great breakfast, with coffee served to your table. Best scrumbled eggs ever! Quiet location, yet very close to Vienna and not so far from the main roads.

Pleasant

Room was spacy, self check in is convenient!

Very dirty tablecloths in dinning room. The dog should be kept outside the kitchen. We found pethair in our peppers at breakfast. I love animals but certainly no in the kitchen and dinning room in a hotel.

Good for one night

Room was clean. Very tasty breakfast and spacious parking lot available.

Room in the attic without air conditioning, even at the end of May it was very hot.

Very good location and breakfast

Good location - only 15 km from the main road, very good breakfast and friendly personal. Big room. Parking and quiet place, not far the fuel station Diskont and supermarkets.

On the self-check in we received wrong room number and the key, but after phone call the hotel personal bring the correct key, but it takes some time.

A comfortable place where we felt at home.

The owner, Maria, extremely friendly. Nice, modern and clean hotel. Superb breakfast, The perfect place to stay at a reasonable price with Vienna easily reached by train.

Just one problem, which the owner will attend . there was this sewer smell in the WC.

Easy late checkin

Old poor comunist style furniture, no elevator, not very clean, noisy and reckless guests, bad insulation, you hear every single little noise from outside and inside, common toilets on the corridor, continuous traffic all night long. By no means worth 77€ / night + 1,10€ city tax per day! 10km-15km away you can get 4* quality for the same money. Real 4*! I would give this hotel 2*, a big disappointment for the big amount paid per night.

- small problems with the check in. door was closed from inside and nobody in. we had to wait 10 minutes outside for somebody to come with a key and open the hotel. - I couldn't find any programs on the TV. I don't know if it is my fault (I am not good with operating the remote controls) or the TV...

Great Vienna stay

Location of the hotel is very good, you can get to Vienna in just 20-30 minutes. The breakfast was great, ladies who work there are very welcoming and very kind. Rooms are really good heated. Parking is close to the building.

Rooms are not the newest. A little bit of update would be great.

Highly recommend

The hotel is near the station, we walked 11 minutes. The host, even we did not meet (we've made late check-in) was very careful with us. She called us to make sure we know how to enter, she gave us info regarding food delivery. She booked a mini bus to airport for us. Everything was wonderful. The room very big and clean.

A very convenient property for starting and ending a trip in/out of Wien.

Hotel was about a close to the Wien airport as practicable. That - and price - was my primary reason for choosing this property. One needs to keep in mind that ground travel in Europe is slow - going through several little towns and lots of traffic circles. The facility has implemented a very up-to-date access (for off-hours arrival). The host had provided us information about getting in easily - but I had misplaced my copy of the instructions. At the start of our trip we stayed in an adjacent building, which was very nice and private. At the end of our trip that room was not available. Very nice breakfast - offered me (on request) locally-produced grape juice. Amicable staff, and clearly trying to be a high-class property at a reasonable price.

We nearly couldn't get into the hotel - our fault for not having kept a copy of the late-hours entry instruction. Closing the shutters on the first night's room was not obvious - it was at ground floor, so we needed to close the shutters for privacy. The second room - at the end of our trip - was upstairs, which was difficult for my wife. Not certain, but it appeared the upstairs room had only a fan, no A/C.

Exceptional

We had flown into the airport after regular check in hours. The directions to get our key and to our room was perfect and made it very simple for us. We were leaving early the next morning and thought we would not get breakfast but as soon as the woman in the kitchen saw us she turned on the dining room lights and made sure we had something to eat before we left. She even made us eggs. So accommodating and very appreciated.
