The location is outside of the city but well connected with variety of busses and metro (you must take a bus to the metro station and then use metro, but it is simple). It is located in a quiet residential area with few cafes and markets that you can find on google maps. The room was specious and comfortable. Right amount of comfort for that many. If you are on the budget, I sincerely recommend it.
The lack of a personnel on the entrance. Everything is automatic (locks) and you must have internet to enter your room (prior to connecting to the internet in the hotel). That can be tricky. But I was informed about that prior to my arrival so I was prepared.

The hotel staff is very nice, and the value (quality)/price ratio is good. It is a good place if one wants to visit surroundings of Rome, too.
Although it seems the closest underground station is not very far from the hotel, it is very complicated to walk there. You can rather use either your own car, or taxi, or public transport (bus) to get there.
