As we had a child, the location was great and the garden part outside with the kids playing area was very nice bonus. Staff were kind and helpful, especially lovely lady on the reception, thank you

Convenient location. Clean.
Hard mattresses. Preferences to special guests during breakfast exclude the rest of the guests at the restaurant aria - not nice.

Room was comfortable.
In brekfest was poor choise, ecpecially for 4*hotel. Reception lady was not welcoming, on questions about spa she couldn’t answer. The same about parking, telling that its full and i can leave car in front of hotel not in parking. When i went to look, there was plenty of place.
