Nice Italian hotel with good facilities and rooms with a view of the sea. Short walk to the seaside and nice restaurant.

Well located hotel with private parking. Sea view from our room was lovely. Hotel is older style and somewhat dated particularly the hallway and public areas including the breakfast room. The colours in the room are not particularly charming (brown and apricot). That said the bed was comfortable, it was warm and the staff extremely friendly with various options for breakfast. It was good value for money and about a 10 minute walk to downtown SanRemo.
Decor was dated.

Beautiful historical building, with beautiful garden. Nice big room and spacious bathroom. Welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast. Good position, just a few minutes' drive from the center, or about 20 minutes walk on beautiful sea side path.

Old-style hotel, remembering San Remo's glorious days, quite authentic, situated close to the beach and centre of the town. Private parking at a reasonable price, a nice internal green yard, a stylish hall with San Remo fest memorabilia, and tasteful classic jazz playing in the background. Rooms with a sea view offer a great panorama. OK breakfast, daily room cleaning, and really helpful staff.
"Authentic" doesn't need to mean "unrepaired." Unfortunately, there are too many signs of poor maintenance; the hotel simply shows its age on every corner. The floors are squeaky, and sometimes terribly squeaky (we needed to change the room since it wasn't possible to sleep because of squeaky floors in the neighbour's room, I'm not joking). Soundproofing varies; again, voices are a much smaller problem than squeaks. And if it's still possible to understand the problems of the aged building itself, dirt stains on the carpets everywhere are a real shame - such a problem can be really solved much easily. Aged dust under the chair in a room doesn't look attractive either. Staff work hard trying to solve the problems, but far not everything depends on them here. If you can, choose the room with a sea view - it's much better at a small additional cost
