The hotel is pretty basic, but location and staff were lovely and we appreciated the discount for the beach club, pretty much opposite. It offered great value as a base to explore San Remo
The hotel doesn't have much public space or facilities but does the job.

The hotel was great & access from the station was easy. Room was typical in size, quiet at night for sleeping & the bathroom had great hot water which is what you really want when travelling. The complimentary breakfast was great & the staff helped me with a dinner reservation when I arrived late
Nothing felt bad

Lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the railway station and town centre. Our room on the 4th floor was quiet as set back from the main road but still had sea views and a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable and of a reasonable size. Good breakfast included and an excellent evening meal in the hotel’s restaurant. Good value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely return.
Nothing. Exactly what we hoped for.

The noise from adjacent establishments until 3am.
