Good location, issues with AC causing discomfort

Good location close to beach and restaurants

Power kept going off throughout our stay and AC was barely working. I woke up in the middle of each night due to how hot it was

Location was really good and the building itself is very beautiful.

Wifi did not work at all. The staff was unable to help due to language barrier. The room was not ready for check-in at 3pm - we got the room around 3:30pm.

Perfect, relaxing and would stay there again!

Spacious room, with a view of the sea. Well appointed room, with all the required items including a table with 2 comfortable chairs. Breakfast was well priced, with a great selection at the buffet

The location was on a noisy road, which didn’t bother us too much, but it’s something that other guests might want to know before booking

overall a very good stay

location was excellent and had a lovely seafront view

bedroom a bit dated and unloved - very disappointed the room had no bottles of water in it and also the mini fridge was not working properly. also one of the shutters in the bay window. would not open

Great location- but....

Super location Great size Rooms Very nice restaurant on L2 with views

No AC was operational even though it was 28 degrees - apparently it only runs 3 months a year - so book with that in mind Room so hot - couldn’t sleep Staff less than helpful bordering on not caring

Good value for money and great location. The staff at reception were friendly.

location is excellent, staff are helpful. beds are comfortable. They are dog friendly.

no room service. no mini bar or water in the room. no iron in the room and phone didn't work for me to call reception.

Disappointing

The hotel is very tired looking, room very small , bed and pillows very hard . Staff in restaurant ( lady ) very rude , stopped me as I had taken a orange after breakfast . Breakfast good value for money. Location very good Hotel overall , very tired , towels old and discoloured . San remo amazing !!

Relaxed elegance at the Lolli Palace.

The elegance/ambience, the warm/efficient/cordial staff. Also the food, the location,the whole atmosphere.

There was nothing I didn't like, unless perhaps a slightly later checkout would be nicer, 11.00 or noon.

Beautiful classic design hotel in excellent condition, close to the center/ casino of San Remo. Very friendly staff, high ceiling room, clean, delicious breakfast for an affordable price. Roof solarium with a breathtaking view

Nice choice in the heart of SANREMO

The location was excellent! The hotel was clean, the staff’s were very kind and helpful. The private parking was very narrow but secured.

Lovely view of the sea and spacious bathroom

No information at all given from front desk about hotel, i.e. wifi code, breakfast times, restaurant, check out times. No coffee in the room, just 2 teabags! Had to move kettle on to the floor to plug in. Very few toiletries given the price per night. Paint peeling in bathroom, felt a little shabby.

Great location, beautiful building and lobby. All very spacious and bright, rooms too! Very clean

Unfortunately because of the electricity shortage, they were not offering Air Conditioning. We got lucky with not having a west facing room, but it was still quite hot.
