The location is great, and the swimming pool area very nice with hot weather. Nearly everything is within walking distance
The pool is only open from 12 to 9 pm, a morning swim would be very nice. The bartender was not motivated or friendly. Not rude but un-interested.

Good Location in La latina, conveniently located near the Metro.
beds are not so comfortable. air from the aircon blows directly to your face, so need to adjust the fan blower.

I liked that although the room was very small there was a place for suitcases. Often times there’s nowhere to put your suitcase comfortably.
I don’t think there was a fan in the bathroom and it smelled. The bed could’ve been more comfortable. The pool is very misleading. It’s probably no more than 3 feet deep. I didn’t even use it. It’s for tanning and perhaps getting yourself wet when you’re hot, but it’s not for swimming. I didn’t like the female at reception. She was unfriendly and forced herself to smile and help us. She didn’t bother telling us that Cort Ingles, the department store, has multiple buildings. Although the location wasn’t bad it’s a solid 15 minutes to walk to Plaza España or the food court. I would have preferred a location closer to Gran Via.
