Our stay was good, better if it was closer to Malvern County Showground, as was inferred on the booking site.
We had to park our classic car in the same carpark as the services. Most Travel Lodges etc have a separate car parking facility. Even a few reserved spaces would help your hotel as this was not good for us. Also, the fact that the staff wanted £20 for early check in, having arrived and hour early. The room was obviously already available, so was another fail! We just went and had lunch in the services instead. These are the reasons we will not stay here again.
