The facilities and locations are excellent - especially when we did not have a car. Easy bus links right outside the hotel, but also walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, and supermarket.
We also loved all the variety of pools and kids entertainment, and that the beach was so easily accessible from the hotel.
We had breakfast included and enjoyed it, it was always plentiful, fresh fruit
It was also very quiet and peaceful, and always very clean.
They do not have any double beds- only 2 beds pushed together. This was uncomfortable. In addition, the room in the photos with a balcony was not the one they gave us on arrival- instead they put us on a ground floor room facing a wall. However when we complained it was not the room that matched the photos we booked on booking, they were able to change our room.
They did not provide us with a welcome bottle of drinking water, that would have been nice. Not enough drinking water provided overall.
The apartment kitchen was also well stocked with everything you need but no basics like a little salt pepper and olive oil.
The courtyard in front of the rooms was barren and could have done with some landscaping, and fresh paint- it looked dirty and old in the area of the hotel we were staying.

the 3 pools were very good. dinner menu was very good. staff very helpful and polite
slightly isolated, breakfast was cold and not great, beds not so confrortable
