The room was perfect with a couple of small balconies that we could sit on after a big day and watch the world go by. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, so everything is close by. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Clean room with a great size bed with daily housekeeping if needed, great location close to lots of good food and the public transport systems. Easy enough to find and get to. We appreciated the little common area with fresh water and treats
No mini fridge in the room which meant we couldn’t store any cold food/drinks and there wasn’t much space in the common fridge. The elevator is also tiny but to be expected in such an old building. Overall not much negative to say

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Location was fantastic. Really enjoyed the balcony view.
The doors to the closet made it very difficult for two people to be doing things at the same time. The bathroom was extremely difficult to navigate of you were doing anything with the sink or the shower/ shower door.
