The staff went the extra mile at breakfast when we asked for a plant-based/vegan breakfast.
The hotel reception was closing when we arrived.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was superb and the croissants were as good as any we have had in Europe. The staff were exemplary and could not have been more helpful.
There was nothing we did not like.

The location. Comfortable beds

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
It was grubby. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the toilet had not been cleaned (squirting toilet cleaner around the bowl is not cleaning it). General feeling of grubbiness unfortunately. Also the TV didn't work.
