We loved everything, our second time visiting.
Staff are amazing.Great food and great location.
We would of liked a tv that had some English channels and able to use Netflix like other hotels provide.

What a little gem this hotel is. We were a party of 3 couples and all had lake view rooms. They were all clean and the view was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast and lunch were really tasty. A very good selection of food was offered at breakfast. The very best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular I would like to mention and thank Daniele, Paola and Giulia on reception, Silvia on lunch, Massimo on the bar and Jordana on breakfast. They all looked after us so well! We will return to this hotel.

It felt like a family home with all luxuries you want from a 5 star hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the view from our balcony was magnificent. Service impeccable and food delicious.

Location
Easement room. Not what we expected. Was in a new section but bathroom jad drywall that needed repairing.
Breakfast was average but staff was great.
Overall no bargain and would not go back unless i was only one available, which was us.
