We had a wonderful stay at Lago Playa Formentera and were genuinely very happy with the experience.
The location is fantastic, peaceful and beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is exactly what you hope for when staying in Formentera. The hotel felt relaxed, well looked after and very pleasant throughout our stay.
A special mention also has to go to the breakfast, which was excellent. The quality was much better than we expected, with a very good selection and everything fresh and well presented. It was a really enjoyable way to start the day.
I would also particularly like to mention the young cleaner who looked after our area. She had blue eyes and was incredibly nice, polite and friendly every time we saw her. She was always smiling, respectful and professional, and she helped make our stay even more pleasant. People like her really make a difference to the overall experience of a hotel, so I hope the management passes on our thanks to her.
Everything was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful.
We left with a very positive impression and would happily return. Lago Playa is a lovely place to stay in Formentera and somewhere we would definitely recommend.

The location and the swimming pool area.
The staff was very rude and unfriendly at the reception. At the breakfast, we were having the breakfast and at 11am they even shut down the water machine so we couldn’t take more water. That’s not admissible.
