Alojamiento, personal y situación excelente. Cerca de una cala bonita con poca gente, piscina y puedes ver el amanecer y atardecer desde pocos metros del hotel
El desayuno se podría mejorar. Tardaban mucho en reponer lo que se iba acabando; pan, queso… las mermeladas podrían ser mejores y se acabó el bote de miel y no tenían reposición. Lo indicó como área de mejora.
A pesar de esto repetiría porque el resto compensa con creces

The room was spacious. The swimming pool was nice. The receptionist were nice and professional. Location was very nice and close to the beach.
From the first day we had builders next door doing work all day long. We did mentioned this at the receptionist on our second day and the lady told us they were going to finish the day after. However the day after we had builders again making big noise all day long. We had rain all day and we wanted to rest but we couldn't because of the noice, it was impossible to rest. We did mentioned again and the receptionist came back at 8:30pm to apologies and to bring us a voucher for dinner. We did appreciate however we believe that, if you know you are doing some refurbishment in your hotel ,you should make sure all the rooms around are not rented or at least inform the guests and make them decide if they want to stay or not. Or maybe offer a discounted price ? Making people paying full price to stay in a place where they can't even sleep in peace is not fair. Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant at all. On top of this the kitchen staff in the morning was not very professional. They had very loud music in the kitchen at all time and they use to talk, laugh, shout between them. There was not one morning that we could enjoy the breakfast in peace. We found this very unprofessional and not pleasant for the guests. On our first day i found ants inside the seeds. I kindly pointed out to the staff who even didn't apologies. She just took the container and left. Very rude behaviour. In general i believe the morning staff at the breakfast room should be trained better on how to deal with customers: for example say hello in the morning and not to look annoyed at all time.
