In short:
Nice all inclusive hotel with good varied food, friendly staff and lots of activities. The hotel has fine pool areas and direct beach access.
As with many ai hotels there is a lot of obese tourists fightning for sunbeds and white simple calories š
Improvement since last year: Better wifi and decaf nescafe.
The room:
We lived in a family room with twin beds and two couches for the kids which was suitable for four. There was enough room and housekeeping was fine. There's a small fridge.
The food:
There are two primary places to eat: The main restaurant where you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a snack bar close to the pool area where you can get pizza, simple hotdogs, moussaka, salad, fruit, drinks, and ice cream.
The breakfast buffet is large and fine. Both at lunch and dinner you can get a lot of great food - both good local and international dishes. There's also plenty of salads and vegetables which makes it easy to eat varied and healthy food.
The staff:
They are always nice, smiling and accommodating, which impresses me, since they are working hard under the hot sun servicing and tidying after tourists that are not always well behaved. Keep up the good work!
The activities:
The animation team is doing a great job with kids' club, mini disco, shows, dart games, water polo, beach volley, aqua gym, morning yoga etc.
Beach and pool area:
Close to a beach with small stones and the most stunning sunsets. Loads of sunbeds. There are three pool areas with different levels of activities.
The clientele:
Mixed European families. As with many all inclusive hotels there is a lot of people racing for sunbeds in the morning and obese tourists that have no or at least different ideas of queueing culture. To a modest Scandinavian it can seem quite outrageous and offensive how some fellow tourists fill up their dishes once they reach the end of the line - and leave lots of uneaten food once they are full.

Honestly, there is not any single positive point of this place. Or actually, it was, the moment when we left it after one day there. Pure scam
Pure scam. Rooms at pictures look acceptable. When you get in, totally old, dirty, the most uncomfortable bed where Iāve ever been.
Do you need iron some clothes? Normal when you are travelling. Ok, letās call to the reception. āFor safety reason of our guests, we wonāt provide any ironā. Safety? You mean, to look bad as the place looks. Ok it make sense.
But, apparently 4 stars hotel. Pure scam and any authority should do something about it.
Even health authorities because talking about the food, since breakfast till dinner, absolute horrible. So we decided go out for meals and thanks god was the most pleasant time of that 24h in that hotel.
Maybe I have more that 50 stays at booking and I never wrote any single review.
But for this scam, I feel that itās my social obligation to do it .
Please. Be honest with your clients, and maybe you can on the future win much more. Or maybe the same, or a bit less, but be fair, honest.
There are values in the life more important that money.

Fantastic location and the facilities are great value for moneyā¦. Thereās a good selection of food and the drink quality is better than that of competing European countries.
Its good value for money. Itās not fine dining but for a cheap getaway or family break itās a winner.
You could literally throw a stone from the swimming pool into the see. AWESOME. weather was fantastic every day.
My only criticism of the hotel is that they really need to manage sun beds. Its a busy hotel with lots of rooms but a limited number of sun beds. We arrived down at 8am for breakfast and there wasnāt one sun bed without a towel on itā¦. More annoying is that most of the morons didnāt arrive at the pool until after lunch. Its unrealistic to expect that humans will always be civil so the hotel need to do something on this front.

Food was ok,tasty
Cleaning,not changing towels every day, we weren t informed about policy changes made in the hotel and this was disapointed.beach is full of rocks and stones,difficult to enjoy the sea water,i paid for a double room with sea view and i received a family room with land view .bath tube paint was sticked to my foot after first shower,bed sheets was not change at all in 7 days,no toiletries(if you ask reception for any of this ,they were showing a list with policies changes that we weren t informed).
Otherwise, the food was tasty.

Everything was nice and beautiful, a lot of perfect food, very close beach, rooms with sea views and amazing dinners with party options.
Only one- missing english channels on the small tv in the room, but this is not important for the perfect holiday, which we had.

we had a horrible experience so lucky that it was only 2 nights to suffer, we got a room with sewerage issues, every time we shower or use the water it would come up, the entire room smelled horrible!! we complained twice at reception and they did nothing I had to go every hour and check and nothing was done, only after I talked to the manager she said she would solve it and then they only put some perfume for the smell and thatās it ! so we had to sleep in with the horrible smell and shower in it it was terrible!!!!!!

It is a pleasant hotel in a good area. Nice facilities for kids and the beach is on the doorstep. However I wouldnāt say it was 4 star, and the room was very basic. It had one chair a bed a desk and a mini fridge. A few hooks or a clothes rack would have been great to dry swimming gear and towels.
The room was a good size for 3 of us.
Pool was clean and a good size (all of them)
Evening meal had a large choice for meat eaters and veggies.
Supermarket on site was good and friendly staff.
The dinning hall was ridiculously warm. Maybe ceiling fans would have helped.
The soft drinks tasted a bit watered down or just really cheap/poor quality and the orange/apple juice were not cold. An ice machine would a good addition.
Staff should Stop guests hogging sun beds from early morning until the afternoon when they arenāt even using them.

The swimming pools, the bar staff and the hotel location.
Check in/out, the room in general, poor housekeeping, the all inclusive F&B quality was simply awful, bedding was changed once during our 2 week stay, no WI-FI in our room. Zero willingness to make the guest experience a pleasant one by reception staff. Plate of old/rotten fruit that was put in our room. Balcony didn't get cleaned. Was made to pay ā¬76.80 for Balcony door glass pane that broke and was told if I have insurance then to claim that money back. General unwillingness to help their guests or to make them feel welcome.

The pools
Uncomfortable beds, food choice not great, nothing for kids in the restaurant, bad restaurant organisation, always waiting for food to be replaced when empty. Poor evening entertainment in a seperate area with no bar. Kids club non existent , management is terrible they dont seem to care when your not happy, many people complaining. I tried to get refund after 2 days and move hotel, but management said they dont do refunds. The only good thing was the swimming pools and the weather other than that I really dont recommend this hotel.

The room was a great size, cleaned every day with regular towel changes. The sea view was very nice and the possition of the resort right on the beach made this a fab place to stay. The staff on all bars and restaurants were superb as was the entertainments team that made a real effort every day to have a fun and varied program available. We feel their attention to detail really made our trip perfect.
The only negative comment we would make regarding this hotel was the insufficient clear labelling of the food offered on the buffet. As vegetarians, it was not always clear what was suitable for us and this was simply down to a lack of labelling. On asking staff each day we were able to sort things out but we feel this should not be necessary. A simple "V" would be helpful.

I didnt like the room even when we ordered oceƔn view we didnt have the ocean view. Also the bathroom was very old and dirty. For two days no one came to clean the room. The AC was broken and it was 39 degrees outside. We asked them 5x to change our room just because of airco we couldnt sleep in the room it was just too hot. So we came to the reception and the manager didnt want to talk to us cause she was too busy. So they advised mƩ to come in the evening, I did come in the evening and they told me to come in the morning and it was always like that. So in the end we slept on the beach for 5 days :). Awful service!
We also booked room with king bed and we got two single merged beds together. The food was the samƩ for the entire stay which was 12 nights.
So we were not happy about it at all!... At least we know - Never again!!!

It was a fantastic stay, the food choices are exceptional and thereās something for everyone. Clear map of the location, 30 seconds to just relax by the beach or even the pools. The room was massive and very comfortable. I had an issue with my Air Con while I was there but the reception team sent maintenance straight away to fix it which was brilliant customer service skills.
But my biggest thanks and love about the property was the incredible staff, The guys behind the pool bar were fantastic, really friendly yet quick service which made our stay so much more relaxing and calming knowing that they remember your drink and also that they are easy and friendly to chat to when itās less busy for them. The reception team are also a big highlight as no matter what issue or question I had regarding my stay they always had an immediate yet accurate answer. Booking a taxi from them is easy and quick too along with the on site doctor for Covid tests before leaving in order to get on my flight.
I even added an additional day to my stay which through the hotel was easy and quick. I got to stay in the same room too which was great. I just canāt thank everyone with a customer facing role enough.
The only things I didnāt like is the crazy queues whiles trying to check out, due to it being such a big holiday complex, we were queuing for about 20 minutes to check out as there was just so many people attempting to check out at the same time. I might suggest a staggered check out in the future or a self service check out to easy the pressure off the lovely ladies behind the reception desk and to speed up check out. But other than that, FANTASTIC!

There was no variety of food and low quality, the drinks were warm, and f.e. Warm Cola without spark, cocktails were totally sweet, we couldnt drink them.
In the restaurant the heat was incredibly hot, people need a shower after lunch and dinner, there was no aircondition, the windows were open when outside is 45 degree. The food which need to be cold was also hot (f.e. Ham, salami, cheese, milk, melon)..it can be dangerous for health in this wheather.

The location was very good, near to shops, bars, and restaurants
The drinks and food were very poor, Wine in pool bar was out of a sprayer! Undrinkable! First night we got there we were told they had no tonic, then when I asked for a second drink, they said they had run out of Gin. Vodka was the same, tasted awful and also undrinkable! Afternoon menu in restaurant was the day in day out, last 2 mornings going down at 9.15 am , bearing in mind breakfast is on until 10.00am and we were told they had run out of bacon,but we could have hot dog sausage, eggs beans and tomatoes!
Room was very dated, myself and my husband got bit all over our bodies on the last night ( not sure what bit us but both covered in tiny red spots on day of check out!)
Overall the worst hotel Iāve ever stayed in and will definitely NOT be returning!

We have spent 4 nights in there. Hotel is located up to 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. It does look beautiful inside and out.
The room itself is big, has a large bed, TV and desk station. Bathroom has a bath, towels,hair dryer and free toiletries. Thereās a living room area as well. Both rooms with a balcony with a beautiful view.
Very quick check in, professional and helpful staff. A lot of to choose from when it comes to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack bars and hot drinks provided Menu changes every day, will pleased everyone. During the summertime thereās a lot of guests, but restaurants have space for everyone, no crowds in there. Swimming pools area wonderful, thereās a place for families with small children and the other ones for adults. You will be given a free pool towel for your stay. Hotel provides activities for children and adults all day. Swimming pool bar offers you good drinks, beer and vine.
Taxi is very cheap, if you want to go to the capital or to the airport.
As we observe, itās one of the best hotel there, has a beach very close to hotel, the other ones has not. Very quiet area, family friendly.
June is a very good month to go there, not so hot, the temperature is about 30āC, highly recommended. enjoy!
You might have some issues with WiFi, but focus on your holiday and create some good memories! Enjoy!
