Practical location with easy airport access. Good for a last-minute stay before an early flight.
The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the included breakfast buffet offered a variety of options.
Check-in was efficient, but the front desk staff felt a bit unwelcoming.
The overall hotel and room furnishings could definitely benefit from a refresh.

I was so pleased with my stay. I felt very good here and as a solo traveller that's super important. The facilities and food were excellent for the price and the staff were very warm and welcoming. I'd definitely stay again.

The other guests were the best part of my stay at this hotel. The hotel location is very good for the beach and local shops and shopping in El Arenal and there is a very good Lidl store about a 20 minutes walk away from the hotel. The location is excellent for nightlife but the downside is that it can be very noisy though the early hours particularly during 4 and 5am if you want to sleep. Overall hotel rating. 5/10. Location 6/10.
I didn't like the food and my room. The choice of food is very limited. I found that the choice of food particularly for the dinner 🍽️ menu was extremely limited and very insufficient particularly for such a large hotel. When it comes to the food I found that this hotel was the worst that I have experienced to date. The food in general including breakfast is not great but perhaps just barely passable. 4/10 at best. Apologies to the hotel for my poor rating on the food but it's best to be honest for other guests. My room was certainly not the room that was shown on Booking.com which I found highly disappointing. It did not have all the room dressings shown on the photos on Booking.com. My room was very basic with very old furniture and no bedside lighting. My room rating 5/10 mostly all for the good size. Bathroom 🛁 was highly disappointing but clean. 3/10. The staff are only okay at best. I found that the restaurant staff lacks greetings on arrival. It's not existent. But I did find one lady to be very helpful and nice, I didn't get her name but she would always say hello if she sees you but the others no. I found that the cleaners were the most friendly staff of all at this hotel. Overall inside hotel rating 4/10.
