We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Doña Susana, and it was a wonderful experience. This beautiful hotel offers the perfect blend of coziness and stunning beauty.
Our room was very welcoming and cozy, providing a great space to relax. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s swimming pool, which was a lovely spot to unwind.
A definite highlight was the food. We had delicious meals in the restaurant, which tasted even better thanks to the incredible views. Watching the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets from there was truly magical and one of our favorite parts of the whole trip.
The beautiful location was made even better by the excellent service. We want to give a special mention to Antonio from the reception desk for his professionalism and welcoming attitude. He made our check-in and stay very smooth.
We highly recommend Casa Doña Susana to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning!

The Air conditioning worked really well. There were lots of pillows on the bed
The bed was very hard.. The bathroom sink drain was broken. The way the hotel is designed, you could hear every door being shut. They need to put something on the door frames to soften the closing sound. This is an adult hotel, yet guest were not allowed except in the lobby???? I ran into a friend I had not seen in a long time. I could not bring them to my room? We are expected to sit in an unairconditioned lobby??? That is unacceptable. I will never stay there again. As an adult i do not expect to be treated like a child who can not make their own decisions. This fact needed to be in the hotel description before I booked it not after.

Location was great; breakfast included at an affiliated beach side facility; rooftop bar and pool with an ocean view; desk staff was friendly & helpful.
Rooms were dated, small, not clean looking; windows did not open; 2cm crack under door;
