Casi perfecto !!!

El cuarto, que realmente es un departamento de tamaño regular es casi perfecto. Básico y creo incuestionable, le falta horno de microondas, ahora, si desearan que fuera perfecto, una lavavajillas sería exquisito. La atención de la recepcionista, si mal no recuerdo Jazmín, es verdaderamente maravillosa.

De las cuatro noches que estuvimos, nunca hicieron el aseo, nunca vaciaron los botes de basura.

I wouldn’t return back.

Location near to the beach.

The pillows and bed sheets smelled bad, like humidity or sweat 😣. The water in shower was cold and took time to get warm. Leaking air conditioning in the upper room caused noise all night.

I will book here again for certain.

This was old Mexico and I loved it. The kitchen is useful, I was surprised about the washroom and second bathroom which was very nice to have as an option.

Little bit of road noise but ear plugs solved that problem.

Horrible front desk service by Leticia, great housekeepers and good location

location. close to everything in zona romántica.

Day shift front desk staff Leticia. she was very rude and confrontational. unfortunately I got sick during my stay and some of the bed sheets got dirty and required “especial laundry” at extra fee per Leticia. I acknowledge her statement and I asked if there was any compensation for the guests when equipment in the room is not working properly. since our arrival we have had issues with the TV. 6 days later still happening and nothing is being done. i brought that up and she started attacking me stating that I said I wasn’t going to pay her laundry fees and all that. This all happened through their WhatsApp services. which none of those statements were true, I was just pointing out what is wrong and broken in the room. let’s say things didn’t go well. She came up to the room to “check the TV” and then she started screaming that I must go downstairs and pay those laundry fees NOW. I did pay for those forced fees, since it was never mentioned there was a fee for such. And on top of all that, every staff that I talked with in the evening and night stated how rude and unprofessional she always is. I think whoever is management above her should reconsider having Leticia be the one who represents the hotel at the front desk. Poor customer service and taking dissatisfaction of a guest personally to the point of confronting a guest, I think it is definitely a very low and poor service. Avoid this place if Leticia still works in this place. Also, we stayed at the top floor and the walls and roof in the room were all peeling off. Large lack of maintenance.

Fantastic location, terrific staff, best hot tub!

Location was excellent- close to all the fun of Zona Romantica but also quiet and safe. The room was great- a little couch area, teriffic kitchen, amazing shower and best of all, the hot tub! The staff, especially Yasmin, was kind and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay in PV!

Still good value for the money if you are in good physical shape and want to be close to beach and in center of zona Rom

Good staff and excellent location

Poor maintenance with drains that drained slowly , poor plumbing and doors that stuck closed , no elevator and multiple stairs to climb to get up to room. Older building with pool that nobody ever uses.

It was sufficient for me as I was barely in the room.

The property is walking distance to everything that you need, it’s very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is a little dated compared to many others in PV! Definitely a no frills hotel.

Fantastic Visit at Fantastic Resort!

Fantastic Value with spacious rooms. Excellent location which should be why you come to the Zona Romantica. Dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance, but just a block far enough away so you can’t hear them. Street noise is not an issue, (you can hear it kind of as you would anywhere but not like other places.). Inhad a full kitchen, king bed, spacious master bathroom, dining room table, comfortable sofa, and second half bathroom in the double suite (one above the standard room). I also had a pool view from the living room side and the two balcony spaces were off the bedroom and kitchen. Worth the room upgrade for the price for sure. Ocean views are available from the roof. I will definitely stay again.

The best place for a beach life!

The hotel room was a suite: living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Great value! Location was perfect: one block from beach, restaurants/bars. Small boutique hotel with small pool and large jacuzzi was perfect.

There was no microwave. They should provide kitchen towels.

Perfect budget stay in PV!

Great location right off the beach. Visited during the low season and it felt like we had the place to ourselves with how quiet it was! Friendly and helpful staff and the room was well-equipped with everyone with needed! Exceeded my expectations.

Great location, but would not stay there again!

The location and staff were nice. The front desk people were helpful and the cleaning staff wonderful. The room was a comfortable size with a nice outdoor area. The best part was there were two bathrooms.

The hotel is very loud. At night people use the pool and hot tub until midnight. The hot tub blower is extremely loud, when you mix that with drunk guests, you get a bad outcome. The general manager was not helpful when we complained about the noise. Guests made homophobic and ageist comments to some Canadian guests and even threatened them with violence. Unfortunately, the manager didn't do anything and then complained because we called and woke him up. They did not immediately remove the guests, therefore, the other guests were awakened, offended, and concerned for their safety. There are many trip hazards in this hotel and the one in our room, when brought to their attention, was not fixed.

Good location, not sure we would recommend to others

The location was nice and close to the beach, the hot tub and pool were good

The wifi was terrible and we were in the "penthouse" and we stayed there specifically due to that I had to work from the room. We had no television for our entire stay, maintenance came and looked at it once, and never came back when we went to front desk. It was very loud as our room was near the road which wasn't a big deal we expected that.

Wish I had never gone there; couldn't wait to leave. Did not want to use the bathroom facilities. 1 out of 10.

The towels were horrible, looked dirty and old. A musty smell to room. The bed was hard, uncomfortable. Very noisy outside. Furniture was old and outdated.

Good location.

Furniture not comfortable. Only chair that could go out on balcony was hard wood. No chairs at all around pool, only concrete benches covered in ceramic tile. Overhead lights in room were too bright, would have preferred table lamps.

I stayed in the first floor, the windows has nothing to cover from the outside, lights and people passing was uncomfortable.
