I have stayed here more than 10 times, and I will definitely be back again. Everything about this hotel is great — the location, cleanliness, and overall experience. But what truly makes this place special is the people, especially the front-desk team. They are absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay better. They make you feel welcome and genuinely cared for.
A few days ago, I had an issue with the restaurant on the ground level, and the situation was escalated to the hotel. Gervacio at the front desk handled it exceptionally well. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. His response showed me once again why I keep coming back to this hotel.
After more than 10 stays, I can honestly say that the people here are what make this hotel stand out. I highly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

It was very central, steps away from the sea, close to everything
A little more variety for breakfast. The lady that give us the bracelet the restaurant, I believe was the cashier wasn’t amigable.

Great Beach location and close to the old part of Puerto Vallarta which offers a ton of bars and restaurants! Front desk agents were very pleasant and helpful.
Very sparse room and lacking comfort. Terrible WiFi service. Upon check-out one has to remain until your room is inspected for damages! Hard to imagine what damage could occur to a mattress sitting atop a concrete platform.
