It was close to the Arena where we went to see the concert. They had a parking garage, which had plenty of space and saved us a lot of hassle. The front desk staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. They even left us to park for a bit longer after our checkout.

The breakfast was fine, and the location perfect for my needs.
Slow internet, elevator not adequate for the amount of people (on elevato is not working, in the other they ask to only enter in 2 people),

Good location if you are travelling for an event at the nearby arena. Also has easy access to public transport.
Decent rooms, clean and warm.

Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Good selection on breakfast in a nice setting.
Room spacious with good facilities.
One lift out of order.
Hotel very noisy during the nights (other guests & all doors in the hotel extremely noisy - could hear doors closing from other floors.)
Air con unit in room missing controller.
Lot of bite marks overnight on one hand and back. (Not sure if bedding or insects)
Shower small.
Slant by window awkward to open/close windows or get in/out of bed on that side.
