The team were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great as well.
Location was farther from the port than I had envisioned but it was very cozy.

The breakfast and staff was great, nice location and great weather I think the beach was a 5 min walk and the staff where very helpful at booking taxis and other excursions

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Rooms were spacious and have a lovely sea view.
Roughly 25 minute walk into Kos Town but a nice walk along the seafront.

The pool area was lovely and generally a nice place to relax (though a few sunbeds could use repair).
Breakfast and lunch were decent with good portion sizes, and the one dinner buffet we tried was satisfactory.
The daytime bar staff were a highlight—especially one woman who was always friendly, chatty, and helpful.
Reception staff were consistently polite and helped with taxi bookings and local advice.
Restaurant staff were quick and attentive with table service and cleanup.
On arrival, we were charged a €50 environmental fee (€5 per night), which was not mentioned during booking—clearer communication would be appreciated.
The air conditioning in our room was very loud at first (later fixed), but it remained weak and ineffective even when set to 19°C.
The mini fridge barely cooled, even at the lowest setting.
Housekeeping was inconsistent—bed sheets were only changed on day 7 after we removed them ourselves, despite the hotel’s policy of every three days.
The toilet paper dispenser was never refilled; we had to ask for loose rolls for the final three days.
Evening bar service was disappointing. One staff member was unfriendly, and we had issues over a simple request for ice and confusion about the cash-only policy during happy hour. Communication there could be much clearer.
