Great variety and high quality of the restaurant food. An extensive snack bar available between meals too. Nice pool at the complex. Short walk to the beach and a private beach. We always found available lounge chairs with umbrellas at the private beach. The staff was very friendly. The quality and maintenance of hotel construction, decoration, and furniture is excellent, above anything I have experienced in Bulgaria. The beds were good, on the firm side. The evening performances were good and engaging for children and adults. The hotel is next to an amusement park and a busy commercial area with restaurants, bars, shops, and stores, so a lot to do in the evenings. Also, the ancient town of Nessebar is close by.
The tiles around the pool can be slippery when wet, and we saw people slipping.

Very good facilities, varied food, comfortable room! I loved the pool and the beach area, as well! Good quality shampoo and hair conditioner. I would like to return again.
The mosquito net on the balcony did not stay closed, but this can be easily fixed soon.

The rooms are cleaned daily and smell like heaven. The beds, sheets and rooms are amazing. The trees and greenery add to the atmosphere and make the place very romantic.
There is a great choice of foods and dishes, but nothing too fancy or special. The breakfast is the same every morning, which was not a problem for me as I love eggs. Some of the desserts are amazing and some are awful.
The free water bottle and two orange juices are a nice touch. A snack should be added as well - a bag of nuts for example.
The hotel is situated in the center of Sunny Beach 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main street.
The beach is unusable during day hours as it is packed with people. You can go at 7-8PM and enjoy.
The moment you start speaking in Bulgarian while meeting with some members of the staff is the moment you realize that you are not important to them and they behave differently while speaking with German guests.
Almost everyone greets you in German and is surprised when you reply in Bulgarian which is funny.
Bed sheets were not changed a single time during a 6 day stay.
The cocktails at the pool bar are mediocre.
The a'la carte restaurant was booked even at day one of our stay and there were no available spots during the whole stay.
When booked you will need to wait till 6PM to eat as the only food available are some biscuits and ice cream by the pool.
Some of the meat is used a couple of times for lunch and then incorporated in a dish for the dinner as well which is obvious and not tasty.
The Italian pasta - linguini, macaroni and lasagna are bland and tasteless. Most of the food is not seasoned at all.
Only a few night clubs work which makes the whole sunny beach experiences worthless as the place is packed to the brim but people are roaming the streets at night as there is no where to go.
