Location was good, food buffet was incredible, quality of food was good and variety was substantial. Both adults and kids were very happy.
Special mention to receptionist and manager as they helped make our room experience excellent.

Great base location to explore Shiretoko peninsula by car, with convenient parking
Big family room merging Japanese an western style
Great breakfast and spa, both with various options
Massage scheduling was complicated... almost ended up with paying for a session that didn't happen

Beautiful property and onsen pools. The dinner buffet was gigantic. Had a great view on floor eight of the sea. Huge room!! Very friendly staff.
Nothing. One window looking out at one pool in the onsen was very dirty.

Good location, good stuff attitude, good facility.
Poor food quality. There are lots of similar dishes in the dinner, but none of them are really tasty. In the breakfast, the raw egg is not fresh at all, the egg yolk is in light yellow and the egg white is also in light yellow and the egg is just tasteless. The Hokkaido milk tastes watered down, the grape juice also tastes watered down. It definitely doesn't worth $370+ per night for 3.
