The Ryokan meals were exceptional, so much effort obviously goes into the preparation and presentation. Bed was comfortable and onsen was great.

We loved the friendly welcome, excellent home cooked dinner and breakfast which were prepared and presented with so much attention and love.
The private Onsen was another highlight.

Gorgeous modern Ryoken across from sea with a comfortable large room, superb meals and private or standard onsens. Staff welcoming, friendly and have some English which was helpful. We stayed three nights while visiting Shiretoko national park.

Dinner and breakfast for half board is worth the value
Room has a white ceiling fluorescent lamp. Does not provide the cosy and warm feel
