Close to the ferry, great food, welcoming staff, and clean and comfortable bure.
Not much privacy with all the bures and outdoor showers facing a path within the hotel. The restaurant should offer more vegan meal options (with full protein), especially for divers and adventure tourists.

Our stay at Ahora Taveuni Beachfront Bures was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt a wonderful sense of calm and were made to feel so welcome by everyone.
The bures are spacious, beautifully presented, and exceptionally clean. The little extra touches, like the fresh flowers in the room and the “Bula” beautifully placed on the bed, were such a lovely touch and really made us feel special. And of course, the view from our bure was simply picture-perfect!
Booking excursions was easy and stress-free, with Kathryn and Rod making the whole process effortless. We also ate at Kai Time every night and were never disappointed. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a smile.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Ahora Taveuni Beachfront Bures to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Taveuni. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return!

We spent six nights at Aroha Taveuni. The bures are amazing, huge room, huge super comfortable bed, good kitchenette facilities in a beautiful porch. Bathroom and open shower very spacious with a big closet. This was one of the best rooms we’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly sweet, from cleaning to waiters and kitchen! The chef was great, very creative, we had some nice meals at the restaurant. Kathryn and Rod were also great! Kathryn was very helpful and also very patient with us (we had a lot of questions and changes of plans). All in all we had a great stay, highly recommended!
