We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, which was definitely very convenient. It would be helpful to have a few more surfaces or storage areas to place things, both in the room and especially in the bathroom. We really appreciated having breakfast included, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and available 24/7. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The room and bathroom could benefit from having more surfaces or storage space to keep personal belongings. The bathroom in particular felt a little limited in this regard.

Location was amazing, right by the main plaza with all the restaurants and within walking distance to so many of the sights. Check in and check out was super easy and smooth. Decent breakfast and good people there.
Showers and toilets worked but were a tad run down, lockers were a bit loud so felt a bit bad opening and closing them while people were sleeping.

The hostel is well located in the city center and you can enjoy Lisbon just walking around by foot. The reception seems to be occupied almost all day round as even in the night I saw someone at the desk which made me feel very taken care of. The cute little balconies are a nice add-on. Additionally, everyone seems to receive a bottle of water and a small bottle of Portuguese rosé wine. After check-out you can store your luggage for a few hours to still enjoy the city without it.
The room lacked a bit of decoration to make it feel more comfortable. There could have been more toilets as it came to waiting times. Also, the toilets and showers were not so appealing. I was disappointed by the breakfast as the vegan options were basically dry bread and some fruit.

Very good location and nice balconies from all rooms
Not secure at night, entry door had broken glass so anyone could open the door handle. Very small rooms and generally small space for a hostel with everyone on top of each other
