Amazing place in Tulum

The flat is stunning The area is super quite The private pool make it wonderful

Maybe a bit far if you don't have a car and no light on the closest road when you bike it can be a bit dangerous

waiting for the next vacation to go back!

the apartment is comfortable and gorgeous. the private pool is simply perfect! the space is well organized and you can find everything you need to make your stay special.

there is no natural light in the bedrooms

Very good

Very lovely house! Easy to get around town from its location and felt very safe. Our contact was helpful in giving us advice and tips on where to eat and how to get around.

The hot water didn't last long enough for two people to take a good shower. The shower were also not cleaned well before we arrived. There was some hair on the wall :( They require a 500 deposit which was fine for us but wasn't completely expected from a rental on Booking.com.

Superb

First of all our host Becky was amazing! The accommodation is spacious and the neighborhood (gated community) is safe and quiet. The bed is very comfortable!

There is a bright light outside the bedroom that stays on the entire night that was a little bit uncomfortable.

It rained in the kitchen

The area was lovely and charming. Kitchen well furnished and pool area was very comfortable. GREAT BATHROOM

Following some rain the ceiling started leaking till the end of our stay. Requests for maintenance and water were put in and tho there was a response on via text, no action was forthcoming. The location is heavily car dependent and construction will disturb your attempt at a quiet morning. Would have honestly not been bothered by the other stuff if rain water wasn't leaking into the kitchen two days after the only rain storm during the trip. The engineering of the building is to blame but honestly it was ridiculous. Lastly besides the bedroom there isn't room to lounge in the apartment so when it did rain we were stuck in the bedroom (we weren't planning on being indoors so when that happened it threw us off). Only one set of sheets and towels provided.

Amazing and comfortable!

This property exceeded my exceptions. The property was clean, it came with everything you needed. the Host made the stay as comfortable as possible, the area was safe to be in. Really enjoyed my stay here, I would 100% come back and stay here again, I have no complaints at all. The area and and views are amazing, truly feels like you're in the jungle, the bed was so comfortable and most importantly everything was clean and spotless which is a massive bonus! As you walk into the apartment you can instantly feel the host has put in a lot of work into the property.

Tea, Coffee and Sugar would have been a bonus

everything would be great, if we could sleep at night, which is essential for parents with young kids

very beautiful property, everything was great inside, stylishly furnished, washing machine!!, outside area was also very cute

Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep there due to parties nearby for several nights and no proper windows, so one night we didn’t sleep at all. It was super loud. We went to the apartment where the party was happening and the guy told us that he’s working for government and lives there and we just need to accept it. I wrote to the apartment’s manager, but she told us that she can’t do anything, so the next night was loud too(

Awful windows, impossible to sleep and no privacy

Location is very good, equal distance to the beach and city center.

Bajo Cielo has awful windows. I don't know whose crazy mind created this design but there is no glass, windows only has mosquito net and wooden shutters. All the noise outside feels and sounds like it's inside. Impossible to sleep and no privacy at all. Property is in poor condition, by confession of property manager Mariano - Moskito is not able to manage all their apartments properly since they overloaded. They charged us for sofa cleaning which we left in the same condition like it was during check-in. Mariano just need to blame somebody. Moskito - never again.

Exceptional

Everything was amazing , better than expected, the villa is very spacious and luxious , the swimming pool in the house was a little bit cold , but let me tell you … the swimming pool in the roof was magical , the landscape got me out of breath , it’s so beautiful , it hurts 😍, the propriety is very secured , there’s guards everywhere whatever the time , I felt protected 😍 , Mariano was very kind , the best host , I will come back for sure thank you so much , i post picture and video on ig: kfcurvy

Excellent place to stay. Great location, yet secluded

Very nice property. Could live here. Very roomy. Has everything you would want and need. Great location that is very secure with security guard monitoring entrance and exit. Security guards on site extremely kind and helpful - even knocked on our door to let us know that we left the light on in our car.

WiFi not the greatest, but to be expected. Only suggestion would be to have common items in kitchen such as salt, pepper, coffee and filters. Understand with COVID, but individual packs would make a world of difference.

Great location, cute place exactly as pictured, easy to access upon arrival with easy instructions to follow. Would stay here again!!

Overall a good place to stay.

Location is close to the beach which is awesome. Good value overall. Also guards keep an eye on incoming people. The gentleman that owns or manages the property sounded nice once I was able to get a hold of him.

Checkin was a challenge. Hard to find with poor signage and poor lighting at night. No soap for laundry was available. Not enough towels for 6. Not enough blankets. I was cold and my bed was hard. Also the apartment smells like wet dog. We had to use oils to cover up the scent.
