The room was clean, quiet, and easy to access. The location of the hotel was on the best spot. There was the main bus stop just under the hotel, and almost 3 to 5 different route buses around the hotel. Metro was also on the walking distance. The main location of the Sagrada Familia was on the walking distance. The toilet was clean all the time. Staff were extremely friendly, and they cleaned the toilet and changed toiletries everyday. 24 hours access to communicate with staff.
The only thing was that a couple of staff couldn't speak English, but we used google translator and they were so polite, very professional. So No Problem. :)

Nice location where you feel safe, pretty easy to access any popular facilities in town. Room is neat, veeeery nice and friendly hosts that are open to communication, they helped me a lot during stay. I would say this is a wonderful option for several days stay if most of the time you spend outside enjoying the city view (since the room is pretty tiny and it is mostly to sleep in). Thank you for making my first trip to Barcelona that great considering I also returned to neat and accurate room 😇
Though room has all necessary equipment, it is very small, bathroom is also pretty tiny - this is expected, I think if you are a 200 cm man it may be unconfy but still manageable

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. We visited Barcelona for the F1 weekend and needed a place to stay close to the city centre. From the first contact onwards, the staff replied to our messages and requests very quickly.
Poorly soundproofed room. This did not matter as we were very tired from the intensive F1 event and consequently fell asleep very fast. Just to clarify, there were only sporadic noises.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour trois. Les lits étaient confortables et il y avait une table pour manger. Le personnel était trés à l'écoute et nous a permis un checkin 30min après la réservation dernière minute.
L'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée. Particulièrement pour la salle de bain qui se ferme avec un brise-vue et laisse donc l'impression d'être avec la personne aux toilettes. Il n'y avait par ailleurs pas de draps pour protéger les couvertures, ce qui soulève un doute sur l'hygiène. Cela pouvait être un oubli, cela-dit !
