About this house rental
Nestled in Mesa, this lovely house for $260 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This house is ready for your friends and family to get together and relax! If you are here to have a family get together, or just on a vacation to escape colder weather, the layout here is great for large groups! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all in one large open room for gatherings. The backyard can comfortably have 15 people outside. There are 3 pool loungers, 2 tables for 4 people with umbrellas and an additional table under the patio for 4 more! There is a built in grill just next to the pool. While grilling you can enjoy everyone's company while they are in the pool or sitting at a table outside. Plenty of parking is available; best case scenario: 7 cars fit at the property. (3 in garage and 4 on the driveway) Overflow parking is at the golf course .8 miles away (2 min) *No overnight street parking. Sorry, no pets allowed.* The private pool can be HEATED! Optional Pool Heat is $400 good for up to 7 days. ($50/day after) Please confirm 1 week or so in advance to verify the pool heat is on and paid for. *Pool and Spa can NOT heat at the same time. *Call Corey on his cell (don't text) to turn the spa on remotely. This information is provided in the House Manual. We do provide a Pack n play, high chair and Stroller that will be available for your use. Free WiFi and Free wireless internet Sleeping arrangements are below: Master Bedroom #1: King size bed along with the overflow area that has 2 twin size beds (It is a trundle bed) Bedroom #2: 2 Queen size beds Bedroom #3: 2 Queen size beds Bedroom #4: 1 Queen size bed and Futon Twin Bedroom #5: 2 King size beds with an additional Twin size futon In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. No street parking at all times. The 4 car driveway and 3 car garage are available for your use. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional guest fee above 12 total guests is $10 per guest per night. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 14 adults at any time.

Our three-generation family had a wonderful reunion in this lovely, large, and well-appointed home. The gourmet cooks loved the kitchen, the grandchildren the pool, and everyone the hot tub.
The location is excellent: near parks, stores, and hiking. We found the staff very helpful and responsive—and a special shout-out to Corey for heating up the spa whenever we asked.

Heated pool in November was THE BEST!
We always rent a house at Thanksgiving, and this house had the warmest and best pool! Other pools were never warm enough. Cory was very easy to contact to switch heating whenever we requested it.
Very nice house layout & large rooms.
Extra fridge in garage is a must for us & it was great!

There was an issue with the side door into the garage that wouldn’t shut & someone came to fix it in less than 1/2 hour!
Just a couple issues with understanding details - Just go by the document they send rather than the VRBO listing details. Messages were answered promptly when clarification needed.
Only con for us - we’ve rented many many Phoenix VRBOs and this was the least stocked with paper products & items (few hangars, no light bulbs, batteries, kitchen wrap etc). But I’d definitely stay again just have to shop more.

The home is just as the pictures show. Very clean and beautiful. Lots of room and space for the whole family to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood. The manager went beyond to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with the home. Came thru and saved the day for me. The grounds are very nice and clean. I would highly reccommend.

The house was just as advertised. Large and it accommodated all the family. There was a high chair, stroller and travel bed for the baby.
Everyone loved the pool. We were in it every single day. Thank you for having so many beach towels available. We made use of all of them and the washer/dryer worked great. The kitchen was large and was a dream to work in. The Beds were comfortable and there were many lounging and talking areas, both inside and out , that we were all able to enjoy ourselves.
I have two suggestions: (1)There should be a lantern over the grill. It was so dark we couldn't see what we were cooking . We had to use the flashlight on our phones. (2) There were so many light switches and remotes. It would be nice if they were labeled.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone with a large group. We had six adults and six children.

This house is absolutely perfect. It was very clean and VERY WELL stocked. Lots of towels for the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We had plenty of room for sleeping with 8 adults and 6 kids. It was very hot while we were there and the pool was a great reprieve from the heat. The kids spent most of their day in the pool. The neighborhood is nice - the road noise from the street out back did not bother us. Highly recommend this house.

We held our family reunion in Mesa this year. We had just over 50 people, most of which live in Arizona. This property was perfect for the 4 families. That came from out of State. The accommodations were perfect with all the conveniences of home. We highly recommend this property.

Very spacious and pool area was good for family fun, some of the pool area furniture and grill area are beginning to show its time in the sun and use, the only other negative would be the backyard backs up to a busy road, hence road noise is a bit much, especially rush hour times.

Property is very clean and well cared for, up-to-date furnishings, linens, kitchen items, etc. Using the pool and spa was terrific after a busy day and the outdoor lighting perfect in the evening. If you like to sleep late on weekdays the road noise on the other side of the backyard wall could wake you up but as early-risers this wasn't the case with our family. Everything seemed pretty perfect, expectations easily met!

This is a very nice home and accommodated our group of 8 adults quite nicely. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone to prepare food. The outside area was spacious and comfortable. The master suite was as advertised and beyond. A couple of negatives for future reference. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms with only one bathroom. There is a powder room with a separate shower on the main floor. However, no one in our group used this extra shower due to logistics from the bedrooms. The pool heater stopped working sometime between the guests before us and our stay. I was completely reimbursed for the heater upcharge and certainly cannot fault the owners for a mechanical malfunction. However, the communication between Corey (owner?), the property manager group and us was, at best, lacking. We were in Mesa for our daughter's wedding and certainly did not want to spend every day on the phone trying to rectify the situation. Also, be wary of road noise, especially in the upstairs bedroom facing the road and uptight neighbors with a large barking dog.

Everything was extremely simple from the reservation to check out. They responded quickly with turning the pool heat on and it was ready by morning. Great trip and great time.

It was a great location and had the right amount of bedrooms and baths. Was disappointed that there was only one bath upstairs for four bedrooms. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Overall it was a great stay. There are a couple of things that can be improved. Heating the pool needs to be a better system. It’s super inconvenient to have to contact someone to change from the pool to the hot tub. Especially when they don’t answer or respond right away. When you have more than 10 people staying in a house it should be stocked to reflect that (toilet paper, paper towels).

This house was a great stay for our girls soccer team. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the neighborhood was clean and quite. I would recommend this place for families large or small.

What a great property! Visited for a family vacation (6 adults, 7 children -age 10 months to 10 years). We found the property just as expected based on the description. Location was great as it was easy to access other parts of Phoenix. Kitchen equipment was adequate. Heated pool was lovely and enjoyed by our littles and adults!! We would love to come back some day!

This property was perfect for our 4 families coming together for a wedding. The house was clean, spacious, and the pool was beautiful! The check in was easy, and the property manager was easy to work with, very responsive and very accommodating. The house was well equipped (We’ve stayed in rental houses where they only give you 1/2 tool of toilet paper, and 1 dishwasher pod- not this house- it had everything we needed!) Also, the checkout was easy. There was no requirement to do tons of laundry or cleaning before we left, just a few details were asked of us. Had a great time! Thanks for having us!
