Amazing old pub with lots of nooks and crannies. Beautifully decorated. As was the accommodation. Great evening meal and breakfast. Excellent staff. We only stayed for one night but couldn’t fault it

Excellent welcome, staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent.
Bedroom was a little tired need some upgrade, but bathroom was good apart from the old fashioned hot and cold taps.

The decor was absolutely gorgeous! The whole hotel has such a cosy vibe in the rooms and the pub/restaurant as well.
The staff in the restaurant were quite young and weren’t overly clear when we were ordering the breakfast or how it worked with the room deal. The breakfast also took a very long time to come out despite it being empty so not sure what happened there.
