We loved how it was so close to the beach and the cafe they are running so divine the cakes, sambos and coffee are amazing
Only thing I would liked a small discount in cafe other than this nothing really other than staying room 101(those who know know lol)

Fantastic location & rooms are immaculate, cannot fault anything but at 180e per room with no breakfast is steep enough in the current climate but 180 for 1 elderly person is really excessively over priced and for that reason we travel as a group of 7 for 1 night rather than 2. A very short stay for us in ballybunion this year.
Lovely friendly gentleman checking in who offered my 82 year old father a token for some breakfast did soften the blow a bit.
Love the marine hotel & love the cafe which is a welcome addition to this corner of ballybunion

Cleanliness.
Room very hot, even though the owner provided a fan it was virtually impossible to cool the room down. No sleep was had for the 3 nights.
Quite a narrow stair up to the second floor, not great for carrying luggage up and down.
