Felt like home from the first minute.

Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

Two days in Kilarney

Lovely hotel, great location (5min drive to the center of the Kilarny city) Very cosy with really big rooms and great breakfast. Especially I would like to thank Maura. She was so helpful. She gave us a lot of ideas what to do in the area, planned our trip for the next couple of days providing so many interesting ideas about it. Thank you very much…you made our trip unforgettable!

Great hotel, this is our second stay receptionist are lovely and restaurant staff are lovely 😊 the room was great the view not so much as we were on ground floor the location it a bit out of the centre but you wouldn’t mind the walk in nice weather

Breakfast tables full of clutter very little room (the wait dress just dumped the toast try on my plate of breakfast literally on my plate)

Favorite spot in Ireland

This was the best stop on our trip to Ireland. The room was classy, clean, and comfortable. The location just outside of town made for quiet evenings and easy parking. The pub downstairs was awesome! The staff was also super friendly.

Everything during our stay was really lovely, great attention to detail and staff Maura, receptionist, restaurant manager can’t re member his name sorry , John the bar man and all staff very professional, friendly and warm. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like but our room only had a shower and I would have liked a bath but I should have checked that out myself.

Gem of a hotel in a great location.

We booked this hotel as we were going to an event in the INEC. It was perfect location, literally a three minute walk to the venue. I really loved this hotel, the decor was beautiful, loads of lovely colours and art on the walls. Cosy double room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Bar food and breakfast was delicious. Friendly, efficient staff.

I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel, everything was to my liking.

Loved the stay at this hotel. From the friendliness of the staff; Restaurant - food and drinks; Design and layout of the hotel. Excellent breakfast options! Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again. Good location for sightseeing attractions. Close to city center- 10mins.
