The room was clean and comfortable.
I stayed at Gleneagle Killarney and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
The breakfast was very poor, with very limited options, and it was not self-service, which made it even more inconvenient as there was very little to choose from.
The room was not ready at the official check-in time (4 PM), and we had to wait longer, which was frustrating—especially as we were traveling with children.
Regarding the facilities, the jacuzzi was not working properly and only worked on one day during our stay. The swimming pool conditions were also not ideal, and there was no proper place to leave or dry wet belongings after using the pool.
Overall, the hotel seems more suitable for conferences rather than for families. It does not provide the comfort and convenience expected for a family stay.
