Super Aufenthalt!

Das Personal, die Zimmer, die gesamte Atmosphäre ist super entspannt. Sauberkeit auch top! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Vor allem die Mitarbeiter sind super, immer am strahlen und sehr hilfsbereit. Das dazugehörige Restaurant mit Live-Musik auch top! Klare Empfehlung. Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir verbrachten ungefähr 5 Nächte dort und würden jedem diese Unterkunft auf Nusa Lembongan empfehlen. :)

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Nice dorms, comfortable beds and good value for money.

Hostel was in a good location, near lots of bars and restaurants. Dorms were very clean, beds comfortable, good shower ! Hostel did bike rental for a good price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing

Unpleasant staff. Manager Paris was rude and unhelpful. Staff were uncooperative when trying to book transport. On several occasions, we asked staff questions - they said they would ask manager/ pass on message to manager but never did. Also, We rented motorbikes here on our first day. I asked for a Honda scoopy. They showed us bikes that had dusty seats and had clearly not been used for a long time. When asked when the last time was that they were used, they told us someone had brought them back that day - although this clearly was not true. Helmets were not provided but they thankfully did provide them when asked. I noticed that my bike had an extremely flat back tyre when I tried to pull away .I asked for a refund from staff. Staff were completely unapologetic, Paris in particular- still claiming the bike had been used today. Instead of giving me a refund, they were adamant I take the last remaining scoopy (which had a missing wing mirror) or a stronger motorbike despite me being inexperienced - but gave me my refund eventually. I went up the road and rented a motorbike somewhere else and had a much more pleasant experience with trustworthy staff. DO NOT RENT BIKES FROM THIS HOSTEL.

Superb

Awesome staff, super helpful! The beds were comfy and clean and the private cubicles were great. Pool area was great to hang out at too

The food was a little pricey (but cheap options nearby so not really an issue!) and the shower took ages to heat up. No real problems though at all. Will certainly be back!

really good overall

beds were SO comfy and big and dorms were really clean. nice pool and very close to the beach. staff helped to organise transport for us.

apart from the beach not a lot to do in the immediate area. if you’re wanting to explore the south part of Lembongan it’s better to stay down there unless you can ride a scooter

Unfortunate that I was the only one there but the staff were very helpful booking a snorkeling trip and ferry!

Poor

The description of the facilities were not accurate as pool was not inuse and pool area was not as seen in pictures. Pod beds smelled strongly of damp and food was very poor. I booked for 3 nights and left after 1.

the pool area is actually pretty and bed's comfy

the hostel's not very sociable and quiet (myb also wrong season to visit) - why i moved to east lembongan last night. Bathroom's never clean.

The rooms are great and the junior staff is really friendly.

The pool was dirty and not usable. There's also a bar there which isn't really used as bar and not manned most of the time. Furthermore, the area across the dorms is cleaned on the floor but the cushions and seats are not, which are the main contact surface. At my third day the cushions mysteriously vanished, maybe for cleansing? But i don't know. None of it are dealbreakers but improving these points would lift the hostel from mediocrity to excellence.

Beautiful comfortable accommodation

The pool area and the restaurant in the front are absolutely stunning! The beds are comfortable and shower is good and warm. Everything is new so it was really good. The location is good, close to nice restaurants and from a nice beach.

The front desk employers didn't give me all information about lockers key or towels. The rooms are good, but there is no separation between girls and boys, and the rooms has no keys. The beds are comfortable, and i like it the internal lockers, but there was a weird smell inside the capsules that wasn't good.

Nice and comfy, more of a high end hostel which the atmosphere suffered a bit from.

The location on booking.com is wrong so had some trouble finding the place.
