The location was excellent, the views were stunning, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was excellent.
The hotel itself was very nice, but outside the hotel, there isn’t much to do. The centre Tsigov Chark is neglected.

The room was spacious. Tha staff was very friendly. The food was good. It was clean. The pool and the spa area were nice. The nature is beautiful. Everything was great, just needs a little bit more to make it absolutely perfect :)
The toilet was a bit broken. It would have been nice to have a vanity kit or just cotton ear buds in the room after spending some time in the pool. The coffee at breakfast was horrible. It would have been nice if the “bar” near the reception was working, wanted to get coffee and soft drinks - there were no people there most of the time.

The food was good and the staff were friendly.
The bathroom and the pool weren’t very clean. The bathtub had stains and the shower was hard to use.
