Great location. Short walking distance from the train station, short walking distance to the old town, park, cafe bars etc, plus a convenient shopping mall opposite.
Nice spacious room and bathroom decorated retro style. Clean and comfy. Free Netflix on tv.
Air conditioning was a bit random, even with windows shut as instructed.

Room had all comodities and a large wardrobe with enough hangers and extra sheets and pillows. The bed was comfortable and large (140cm) for a single room bed. There was hot water during all times of the day and enough towels/toiletries.
The view from the 9th floor is great!
The room was not fully clean (including a dead grasshopper in one corner). Bathtub was uncomfortable to use and small, whole bathroom was small (including toilet area) and clumped. There was a very uncomfortable armchair which only took from the small space of the room. Whole interior is dated with dark wallpapers and curtains.

Room and breakfast - fair, nothing fancy. NB: no balcony!
Location - not sufficiently close to railway station and South Bus Station.
The good thing - the cafeteria/restaurant at ground floor, L GARDEN: good wi-fi, good AC, smoking allowed, discount prices for hotel guests - a perfect place for a mobile office. Relatively good stuff for grabbing dinner and/or drinks. Not crowded.
No balcony.
