BED AND BATH DETAILS There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 is an upstairs master suite with a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. French doors lead to a private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet place to retreat with a good book after a day at the beach. The other bedrooms have queen beds and are tastefully decorated using Florida-inspired artists and modern prints. EXTERIOR This gorgeous Island home offers a private heated pool, a partially covered lanai and a gas grill. Multiple balconies offer a great place to rest and relax. Just a brief stroll to the Gulf beaches and a short distance to Bridge street where you will find many shops and restaurants - you simply wont' be able to decide what to do with your days. You are also located close to two gulf front restaurants. ** Please note all of our pools and pool and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. We do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees however, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's. The pump will kick on each morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell.

The house is beautiful! The location is great! Kitchen is lacking-very old Teflon. Make sure you bring everything you need because there’s nothing to get you started in kitchen-not even salt and pepper. Pool is nice.

The location was great being close to beach and walking distance to town which is great since traffic can be an issue during 4-7 pm. The house is comfortable and has great beach accessories (wagon, shelter, chairs, small cooler). We had two issues: floor was not clean and only a wet mop to be able to clean (feet always dirty) and kitchen supplies weee limited or old. Frying pan were all old and the non stick is worn. No starter kitchen supply: no salt/pepper (we left ours), so obviously no spices or condiments. Two dishwasher pods so for week long stay or longer have to have own. Beds and bathroom are good shape and clean. Administrators did reply to issues and offered to have cleaners come back. Our pool was not clean (debris on bottom of pool). We ended up using the unit A pool with their permission until the pool cleaner came again on Wednesday (we started on Saturday for 1 week.

The pool, location and house were amazing. The (street) construction was kinda tough for us and the workers. The house was amazing but, the floors left our feet black (swept or vacuumed but not mopped) other than those 2 (construction out of everyone’s control) an amazing time was had by all. Ami did a fantastic job.

Great vacation to Anna Maria Island celebrating my twin son's graduation from high school. Our family of 8 very much enjoyed this house, it is on the south end of the island right across the street from the beach and in easy walking distance to Bridge Street where there are several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and souvenir stores. This was our first trip to the gulf side of Floraida and the beaches did not disappoint, I see now what the hype is about! The House is well-appointed with all the beach necessities. Pool is small but very nice with a beautiful palm tree lined back yard with a shaded outside lounge area. Our family took advantage of the convent elevator as we had with us a handicapped family member. The propane grill was a plus for us.

This house is the perfect location to the beach for enjoying the gulf and sunsets! Also easy walking distance to Bridge Street for shopping, restaurants and gelato. We enjoyed walking the beach path every morning down to Longport Bridge. Easy drive to Sarasota or St Armand’s Circle. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, toys, canopy and cart which was much appreciated.

This is my 2nd year renting a house and taking my adult children on vacation as their Christmas gift. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for us to be together or separate. The location is perfect. We walked to the beach (just across the street), down to the "square" where all the shops and restaurants are. The drive along the coast line is spectacular. Should we be able to this again next year I will definitely look at reserving this house again. Thank you!

The house was in a very nice location right across the street from the beach. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was clean. However definitely bare minimum essentials. There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. I’ve never had to go buy extra of those on my other VRBO rentals. When we got there a load of towels were still in the washer. Other than that we had a nice stay.

This was a very nice house and just 2 houses behind from across road to beach. They provided lots of beach items we needed which helped a lot. Kitchen stocked with all we needed also. Very clean we enjoyed our stay !!

We loved the house and everything was in good working order. The elevator was so critical to us due to a few of us that could not do the stairs. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to relax and enjoy each other. We used the pool almost every day to just chill out. My only concern at the pool was there was not a railing to assist in getting in and out of the pool (this is a safety hazzard). The short distance walk to the beach & the cart, chairs, and canopy that were provided was all that was necessary for an afternoon at the beach. We would definitely come back to this house in the future. We did have an issue with the elevator not working and in less than an hour service peope were on site to correct the problem. Thank you for prividing a great place to vacation!!!

Quiet. Clean. Quick, easy beach access. A nice walk to Bridge St area and close to trolley stops for exploring the Northern part of the island/shopping.

Very convenient to the beach and the optional golf cart rental was worth it! The ONLY negative was the listing stated there would be 2 dishwasher tablets (there were none) 2 rolls of TP per bathroom (only one) and the AC was set to “unoccupied” so it would cycle off every 4 hours and get very hot. My husband was able to figure out how to override it after one night of very hot sleeping. Seems like the cleaning crew is taking any leftover supplies. We had accidentally left our frozen fish in our collapsible cooler in the freezer. My SIL remembered after about 1/2 hour and returned to find the cleaning service had dumped the frozen fish and loaded the cooler with everything else we couldn’t take with us. When confronted about the cooler, she got very mad at him for asking for its return.
All in all, loved the island and the location. We will be back!

Easy to rent! Nice location to beach, bay and bridge street. Grill was very dirty my husband cleaned it so it could be used. Pool in complete shade didn’t use it. Overall enjoyed are stay!

My husband and I fell in love with Anna Maria when we stayed here with our college aged kids and their friends for a week in May! The house is exactly like the pictures and beautifully decorated! It had everything you could need from well stocked kitchen to beach towels to boogie boards and even wagons to get everything to the beach. The location is perfect - literally a minute to the beach. Lots of great places to eat very close by. We rented a golf cart from the rental company (was parked in the garage when we arrived!) which made getting around the island very easy! We look forward to coming back!

Well Maintained Home Close to Beach
We had 8 adults for a week in March. The house is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Check in was a breeze with the key code door. The large white sand beach is a very short walk away. It is across a fairly busy road but that was no problem for our group. And it’s only a two lane road and not prone to speeding. In fact the road was often backed up so the cars were generally going quite slow. The house is also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We really only needed to drive to the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only issue was the handheld can opener does not work and should be replaced. The porches and back yard are well shaded. The pool was wonderful and warm which was great because the Gulf was still chilly. There are wagons for pulling beach gear and lots of good quality beach chairs as well. The linen service was also a big convenience. One day we did return to find the hose filling the pool and it was overflowing into the yard. We did not turn the hose on so I’m assuming it was the pool company or owners. There was no information letting us know to expect that or perhaps I just missed it. Fortunately we caught it in time that it wasn’t a big issue. Two things worth noting about the house: the master bedroom has a double glass door to the hall with sheer curtains so not great privacy. It would be an easy fix to replace the curtains for privacy. And the pool is accessed through the garage with the living areas on the second level. You can’t see the pool from the living areas. This was not an issue for our group. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Very nice!
We had a great stay at this property. It was a very close walk to the (public) beach. We were hesitant about going to Fl during a pandemic, but we found it easy to social distance. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Most everything we needed was accounted with the exception of bowls (only 4 bowls and 7 people). We spent a lot of time at the pool which is shaded until about noon. There were 4 beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella and a variety of beach toys and floats.

What an amazing week we had! This home had everything we needed for a week away. Pool and beach toys for our kids, a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking pans, and more, and the best location to the beach!
