Needs renovation.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Especially people in the reception were so kind and helpful. The guy who transferred us to airport was also so kind.

The hotel needs serious renovation. Completely different than it looks in the pictures. The bathroom was in terrible condition with all the mold and dirt. Sheets were dirty, towels were so old that felt like a newspaper. The hotel is on the fifth floor and it even does not look like a hotel, looks more like a dormitory. Expect no lobby, or anything like a hotel.

Konum çok merkezi, deluxe iki kişilik odada kaldım çok geniş ve şehir manzarası güzeldi. Odanın tavanı yüksek, havadar. Yataklar rahattı. Otel çalışanları çok yardımsever.

Banyosu biraz eski. Odada kalorifer biraz yetersizdi, kalın giyinip uyudum. Odada içmek için su olabilirdi, kendim taşımak zorunda kaldım. Binanın girişinde tabela yok, fotoğrafını ekledim bu kapıdan girdiğinizde liman otel işaretlerini görüyorsunuz.

Первый раз посетив Баку, мне довелось остановиться в данном отеле на целый период моего пребывания в данном городе. От Баку у меня остались хорошие эмоции и воспоминания, и в этом не малую роль играет отель, а именно: 1) персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и приветливый, всегда готов помочь с чем-нибудь. Считается, что первое впечатление самое важное, и встретили меня очень тепло и радушно. 2) номер очень просторный. Впечатляющим моментом была высота потолков. В номере есть микроволновка, и это очень здорово (зачастую во многих европейских отелях она отсутствует). 3) расположение отеля. До старого города идти 5 минут. До места, где снимали «Бриллиантовая рука» - 7 минут, до популярной улицы Низами 15 минут. Вид из окна - потрясающий.

Очень отзывчивый персонал. Ребята на рецепшен просто супер. По вотсапу заранее написали уточнить время приезда. Отвечали оперативно на все вопросы по вотсап. Чисто, отличное расположение отеля: рядом со старым городом и метро

Номера не слишком новые, но это объяснимо. Цена такого отеля с новыми номерами была бы в полтора раза выше

Nagyon kedves személyzet, kiváló helyen, olcsón!

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész és udvarias személyzettel találkoztunk. Mindig, mindenben azonnal segítettek, bármi legyen is az. A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, 1 perc a metró, 1 perc az óváros. Baku egy csodálatos város, rengeteg látnivalóval. Minden nagyon tiszta, a parkok, az utcák, és nagyon kedvesek az emberek. Nagyon ajánlom a szállást azoknak, akik a város felfedezését tervezik.

Picit a komfortfokozaton lehetne javítani + 1 székkel, hogy mind a 2 vendégnek legyen ülőhelye, és talán a reggelit is színesebbé lehetne tenni. Mi 5 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, ezért ezeket hiányoltuk.

Truly saying it is best option who is looking for budget stay good for family as well.

Property was good. Rooms are so big. I got a 3bedroom with two bathrooms. 1 bath with jaquasi and one with tub. Outside view is amazing. City view as well as sea view. It has a good balcony. Because of cold weather I can’t enjoy much. They have kitchen as well as dining inside the room. Very calm property

Toilets are too small. Breakfast is too minimal.

Keyifli ve sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı. Tekrar tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

For a business trip satisfactory.

excellent location relatively noisy however. It is near shopping areas and sightseeing locations. The personnel was polite and very helpful and friendly. Very large room furnished comfortably. Very good wifi connection.

for a 4 star hotel I would expect better condition of furniture and bed/mattress quality. Bathroom equipment needs some innovation. More frequent room cleaning.

Well located and classic decor

A nice hotel in a classic old building situated from right across the metro station and entrance to the old city. The room was large and the bathroom sufficient. The hotel was slightly hard to find at night (I reached at 1-00 am) but luckily a guard at the corner pub directed me to the very large (and open) ground floor door which leads to a lift to the 5th floor where the hotel is situated. The set breakfast was reasonable and served my purposes.

The mattress was a bit thin, but this was not a major issue.

Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend the liman hotel baku for short and long stay both. Breakfast was good too. The staff persons are best they helped us a lot in everything.

It was a wonderful stay

Amazing location, 50 meters near Metro, 1km Nizami street , super market, cafes, restaurants all around.

Friendly, helpful and reliable staff. Great location just across the street from the inner town (old town) and very close to a metro station.

The bathroom walls (tiles) could've been cleaner near the water hose... Would have been great if there were a bedside lamp available. The rooms only had the big bright ceiling lamps.

I am staying in this hotel for the 3 d time already and it is always the best experience. The stuff is extremely helpful and friendly. They will go extra mile to make their customers happy. The view to night Baku is incredible if you have a room with a balcony. Overall I am a very happy customer!

I was scared to go by elevator on my own and called stuff. He was downstairs in a minute helping me with bags and reassuring me. Thank you so much!

We loved staying at the Liman for our first trip to Baku. We highly recommend it and plan to stay there again.

Fantastic location next to İçerişəhər and Metro. Near a whole lot of interesting sites and things to do. The staff were really kind to us and helpful. They booked our travel from airport to hotel. Breakfast was a set menu each day that was tasty and good to set up our energy for the start of the day. The hotel is in a lovely old building and the room was substantial with really high ceilings and everything was solid and in good condition.

It would be nice to have an armchair in the room and bedside lamps but these are only minor things. The hotel is on the 5th floor with elevator access but there are also stairs so is a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

Perfect place to stay

1. The room is neat and clean and has enough space for comfortable living 2. The host is welcoming and humble. They are too much cooperative 3. They upgraded our room from twin large to King deluxe room free of cost 4. The location is perfect, just 100 meters away from the old baku metro station 🚉 , 280 meters away from Old baku City Highly recommended to stay at this place

Best place to stay in baku

1. The room is neat and clean, and it has enough space 2. They upgraded our rooms from large twin to deluxe king without any additional cost 3. Host is too much welcoming and helping 4. Highly recommended to stay here, location is perfect it is just 200 meter from hotel baku city and at walking distance from Deniz mall, carpet museum , little Venice and baku boulevard.

Location is excellent. Room was spacious and nicely furnished.
