A truly horrendous stay. Run a mile from this place.

The location in the heart of the old town was very charming

This is possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in many years. The room was falling to pieces, was not serviced, ripped sheets and towels, very dirty carpets, windows and doors and telephones. TV that did not work. On two of the three nights the bathroom and toilets were not serviced of even basic things such as toilet papers. On my last night the hotel ran out of towels altogether and it was not even possible to use the bathroom. Hardly anyone spoke a word of English, breakfast was lack cluster to save the least. I really don’t think I have had such a poor experience and under no circumstances could this hotel be considered anything other than a two star on a good day. Once the location is great and the price reasonable I would give this hotel a very serious miss until such time as they get on top of the Countess issues which I think they themselves recognise when I raised it with them on an almost double daily basis.

don't go to this hotel, it's a nightmare!

The location in the old city center.

I arrived at midday, the took my passport and the total amount of money for 3 nights but they told me to wait till 14.00 (official check in time). I came back at 16.00 but the room was not ready (dirty, no soap, to toilet paper, no water..). I needed to have a rest and I asked for cleaning the room after my rest but they said the cleaner would have been away, so they would have prepared my room the day after. So, even if I paid and did the check in, I staid in a dirty room. I asked for some cookies and coffee to have a small breakfast in the room the morning after, because I had an early excursion, the girl at the reception said yes of course but I didn't receive anything, I went out to 24h supermarket to buy some.cookies for breakfat, even if it was included in my reservation and the girl promised to me. The day after I went out ut at 7.30 and went back at 23.00 and... surprise! The room was exactly in the same condition of the day before, when I got it dirty and not fully organized. I got very angry for this and they called the manager who explained me that the management changed and there were some issues to solve. I asked for cleaning the room at 23.00 because I didn't want to sleep again in a dirty room as the previous guest left despite my checkin. They cleaned the room at 23.00 (but the day before they said that was not possible to clean after my rest because the cleaner went away). After that I got the room at 23.30, I noted that there was no toilet paper and I went again to the reception. The girl gave me a small total paper (it was not "new"). The day after I went for another excursion and when I came back the room was like I left it in the norming... there was even the dirty cup that I used for the tea the day before, no water refilled.. and I had to ask again the toilet paper at the reception. Furthermore, I found the keys of other two rooms in my room, so I had to go back to the reception again to give back thus keys.

A szoba takarítását feltétlenül javítani kell a menedzsmentnek. Egyebekben csak a legjobbakat mondhatjuk a szállodáról.

Отличный отель в старом городе за такую цену.

Небольшой уютный отель с идеальным расположением в старом городе. Хороший завтрак, персонал всегда готов помочь. Номер был угловой с двумя большими окнами и очень теплый. Есть возможность открыть окно для проветривания.

Можно немного лучше пылесосить пол и протирать пыль.

temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Yatak çarşaf ve yastıkları çok temiz değildi. odadaki eşyalar oldukça eskiydi. Klima ısınmak için yetersiz kalıyor.

The hotel is inside the old town & all places of interest are within walkable distance.

Good. Varieties on local choices. Most of the items are dairy products.

Most of the reception staff are not understanding English. Difficult to communicate. It was 3 days stay. Daily quota of consumables such as water bottles, tea/coffee pockets are not topped up for day-2 & day-3 stay. Rooms are not cleaned daily. TV, clock, showerroom light were not working. Notified at reception, but no action taken. No spicy items on breakfast, which is the preferred choice of Indian Citizens.

Hotel location is perfect, near to the almost all main touristic attractions, staff is helpful.

Shampoo is not provided by hotel :(, poor breakfast compared with 2-3* hotel breakfast in Türkiye.

Standard di accoglienza da migliorare nettamente!

Ottima posizione nella città vecchia. Colazione discreta

Il personale parlo poco l'inglese, la stanza era piccolissima, l'armadio era rotto, non c'erano le federe nei cuscini del letto, la stanza non è stata mai pulita sebbene avessi attaccato alla porta il cartello "Clean please", quando è finita la carta igienica non mi hanno dato il nuovo rotolo dicendo semplicemente che era finita, nella mia stanza mancavano le bottiglie d'acqua che ho visto presenti nelle altre stanze e l'erogatore di acqua nella hall l'aveva terminata. Ho prenotato il servizio transfer per l'aeroporto ma credo che hanno chiamato il taxi solo quando l'ho pagato (con una maggiorazione del 18% perchè pagavo con carta di credito) perché è arrivato con un quarto d'ora di ritardo sull'orario pattuito.

Расположение - идеальное, прямо в старом городе. Единственное, не каждое такси может заехать на территорию старого города, т.к. заезд по пропускам. Мне пришлось с чемоданом по неудобной старинной каменной укладке тащиться. Номер и отель современный, стильный интерьер, минималистичный.

Отель не новый, видно, что уже требуется ремонт. Ковер такой убитый, что едва ли захочется пройтись по нему босиком. Номер очень маленький, с трудом открыла чемодан. Завтрак - весьма скудный шведский стол. И если прийти на него позже остальных постояльцев - можно вообще остаться голодным.

Location & breakfast.

The room was not serviced and cleaned before checkin. The bathroom was dirty and clogged. The AC did not work at all.

Good value for money. The location worth it.

It’s small and cozy which is great if you don’t like big crowds

Pretty basic level. My had had no hot water for 3 days, I didn’t mind since I don’t need it but still. The breakfast is not that good, you can find a great breakfast outside for very cheap. And there is no lift so good luck climbing those stairs to the 3rd floor with a suitcase

great location, everything else not good

only the location - it was really greate, old city, close to the embankment, very beautiful promenade, restaurants, shops. you can change some money there but not much and the rate is not so good but you still can and sometimes it helps. polite staff

not clean at all. terrible bathroom with smell, they forgot to give us pillowcases and the pillows were dirty, we found someone’s hair in the bed. poor breakfast. we were accused of eating chocolate from mini-bar which we didn’t even open and we don’t eat sweets.

Great value for money in the old town area

The personnel was very helpful and kind. And I believe this was one of the things that made the experience of staying in the hotel that great. Such as the earlier check in, or the tone when the hotel personnel helped me with my heavy luggage to go across old town when streets were closed due to Formula 1. Excellent localization in the old town. Highly recommend!

The staf was very helpfull, location good inside the old city, we got early breakfast at 6 morning because of flight, room clean and nice.

very kind and attentive staff

There were leaking water from unknown source and there was a very bad smell from the carpet in our room. We asked the staff to check it, but it didn't help. Problem was partially solved when we asked to change a room. The staff was very kind and switched our room, but the carpet in the new room had food crumbles on it. It was our last night so we didn't troubled ourselves with letting the staff know. However I'm sure that they would have attended it.
