Гостиница-бутик в старом городе.

Отличный бутик-отель в старом городе Баку. Рядом променад, фуникулер, станция метро Ичеришехер. В номере есть мини-бар, чайник, халаты и тапочки. Каждый день ставят 2 поллитровые бутылки воды. Завтрак шведский стол накрывается каждый день в ресторане на 4-м этаже с террасой с красивым видом на Пламенные башни. Можно заказать яичницу и кашу без дополнительной оплаты. Есть несколько готовых горячих блюд- яичница, сосиски, вареные овощи. Предлагается несколько видов сыра, творог, помидоры, огурцы. Чай, растворимый кофе, фрукты. В последний день по случаю раннего отъезда нам приготовили ланч-бокс. Рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Если бы завтрак начинался бы в 7 , а не в 7-30, было бы лучше. Ещё можно было бы добавить зеркало в коридоре.

Great place to stay as the location is very good.

Location is very good, breakfast at the terrace on the roof. Of course terrace is better than breakfast itself.

I was staying one week and nobody clean my room. Last day I asked why, and guy at reception explained that I had to ask cleaning lady to clean! Crazy! WiFi was ver poor at room. it was mold in the shower.

it’s good for overnight for a short trip

the location is perfect (but be ready to carry your luggage to the hotel as no all cars can enter Old Town area) big rooms

no elevator no curtain in the bathroom old bathroom fitment towels are grey from many times use no room service during the stay (but lady at the reception asks if you need anything) old hangers (one was with a nail out and I was about to damage my t- shirt) breakfast is mediocre

Budget hotel in an amazing location with lovely staff

Location is the best selling point of the hotel. It's within Old Town walls and close to all main amenities. Breakfast was good. Only recommendation would be to add labels so it's clear what is what. Hotel does not have a lift but help with luggage is always available. Staff are very accommodating. Arzu at the Reception could not have been more helpful. Hotel also offers reasonably priced airport transfers (30 manat each way and takes about 30min) and day trips.

Mini bar was very old, insides were held together with sticky tape and made proper racket. We were not made aware at check-in that we needed to request our room to be cleaned / towels changed etc. Other guests were extremely noisy in communal areas at 1-2am every night. Not hotel's fault but better sound insultation would have helped. Otherwise earplugs solved the problem. Impossible to close shower doors, thus flooded bathroom floor.

Superb

Super nice location in the middle of the Old city with just a few minutes walt to the sea promenade. Very well organized transfer from the airport, the staff is attentive and helpfulp

smiley staff, good breakfast, high ceilings, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. great location. big balcony next of the park and lovely

if you stay family suit, you should pass middle of the restaurant to reach your room. it’s not a problem but when chef starts cooking all suit smells onions or what they cook. and restaurant’s balcony next one of the bedroom and noisy night waiting for you. and big disappointment for me i asked help to reach hotel to airport they called uber to me fir ride and it’s take 14 azn but hotel got 30 azn from me!! if they have shuttle and want 30 azn I should respect their policy but they called UBER and took 30azn from me before ride! when i reached airport and saw just 12azn + 3azn car entrance! that felt really bad!

great location in the old city! good value for money

the staff were nice but we stayed for 4 nights & the room never cleaned! eventhough I asked the front desk employee for it to be cleaned.

Exceptional

Big and beautiful room. Tea, coffee and 2 bottles water everyday were very useful. Breakfasts at the terrace were very nice and tasty, and the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Will definately recommend.

Great central location. Courteous staff.

Extremely average breakfast. Hospital style bedsheets that felt itchy and uncomfortable. Dingy dark carpets in a country known for carpets. Terribly dirty and itchy tablecloths. No 24 hour restaurant room service. Expensive rate per night. Charged us for a sheet that was already stained. 4-star according to state standards, NOT international standards. Room service left the window open. All cabbies keep asking for 2 AZN extra to pay the entry toll to get into the old city area where the hotel is located.

Exceptional

A small and tidy hotel in the very heart of Baku historic centre. All members of staff were super polite, friendly and very helpful. The room's worth every penny I paid. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Baku.

Good Spacious room with nice view

The room was very spacious, and good view of the flaming towers and city from big balcony. Food price was reasonable and quantity and quality was good as well.

There was no elevator. Stayed in family room which was on 4th floor. Staff was helpful to carry the luggage up the stairs to the room but asked for tip afterwards :) Had to carry my luggage back down the stairs myself at check-out, and to my surprise different staff asked for tip for no reason or help.

Avoid this hotel

Hard to find.. only the location in "Icherisheher"

The choice for a breakfast was very limited. The small restaurant is located on the terrace and above the rooms. It is not directly managed by the hotel. The only thing that will remain in a memory after the served breakfast is a view on the "Flames towers". They play music from 08:00 till 00:00 and that is disturbing, if you come in to the room during a day.

Excellent location, Cleanness, good quality of room-kind staff - value for money at time of travel!

Location was excellent and one of the best in old city and I could easily handle my works. Cleanness and quality of room was perfect. I got a good deal at time of travel and it was great value for money! There was kind staff; I could just remember name of Mr. Urfat and Ms. Delbar but almost of staffs were keen.

However I liked my breakfast but it can be improved. There is not any elevator and we were in 3rd levels; for transfer of suitcase it could be difficult if you have heavy luggage. when we arrived nice guy transferred our luggage to room; I forgot his name but many thanks to him.
